Harassment, harassment....you have to run here and there. Doctors' behaviour are good but, the system of this organisation is very bad. You have to buy medicines by your own arrangements in cash though your patient is admitted in ICU. Lifts, electricity switches are not good in condition. But, there have some flexibility in some sectors.

This is well known hospital and diagnostic centre in Dhaka. Environment is not good enough. Because every section of it is full of gathered people and crowd everywhere. They do not accept any credit card. But location of this place is very convenient for all. Notable neat and clean.

Worst service ever. The dr could not catch the disease, only blood was taken. Nurse nanny was not available as usual, my grandmother passed away in this hospital since 9 days, she could not catch any specific disease till her death. If you aren't in emergency, don't come here There's no car parking, worst Elevator (that's enough for your nightmare), unexperienced and rough, poor management, all floors don't have ac(ac that works has several problem). If you're here to visit a doctor or admit, it's OK.

Islami Bank Central Hospital is considered as the center of treatment for the very common poor people of Bangladesh to extraordinary people. Some time ago the management of this hospital was very humane and the medical care was very easy although now it is not continued.Good night to all.

Look at the printing quality... Poor service quality. In single cabin they tell patient to buy toilet tissue... While they taking bill for everything...

Good hospital with qualified doctors providing good treatment. Tests and treatments are quite cheaper than other hospitals. One thing the management should do is not to allow more than two person for any ICU patients. I see people are unnecessarily gathered and staying here talking loudly and making noises which is not good for any hospitals. There are many theft cases found where someone comes and steal patient's attendants money and valuables.

Moderately good hospital. With proper care. Doctors are good. Environment is slightly off. But Treatment is good. They've a emergency section where people can take other services like saline or injections. Price is low and reasonable.

Worst service I have ever had. Maintained no security and distance between patients. They do not check temperature or spray sanitizer. No body uses mask during covid19 periods. This hospital is for low class people who seek medical treatment at low cost without medical services.

It is very good hospital. Low costable charge, good behaviour and neat & clean. They are serious about their prayer.

I was there for a night. One of my close was admitted to High Dependencies Unit. The hospital is clean. Cleaner than I was expecting. I didn't smell any hospital like smell. I found all the staffs really cordial, even in the cafeteria the steak continued. I kind of liked the cafeteria and not at the same time. Its on the 14th floor. Staircase to the cafeteria is not safe for elderly persons. Even the prayer room, going there is a challenge. On the 14th floor and its small. I think they might have some other sections for prayer in different floors. I wish there was some comfortable sitting arrangement for ICU patients relatives. Its good that they have the medicine shop at the same floor of ICU & HDU. One more thing the elevator goes upto 12th floor. Prayer and cafeteria is on 14th floor. Staircase from 11th to 12th is not safe. Kind of freaks me out. Cafeteria doesn't run 24 hours given there is not a single Restaurant remain open at late night and patients can be admitted at night, people may run into problem.

Completely rubbish. The mobile number provided in the website is wrong. Maximum time they don’t answer the call. The hospital is not committed to the patients. If any doctor cancels his schedule, the hospital authority don't even think it necessary to notify it to the patients. Ridiculous.

Most of the nurses and stuffs behaviour are not good.If you asked anything most of the time they showed pouted mood.Although cost is some low but some proceedings are too much slow.My patient was admitted in female ward most of the time "Aaya or Khala" for patient care was not available.

I have had a disappointing experience with excessive and hidden charges, unprofessional staff behavior, and substandard treatment at this hospital. I strongly recommend seeking medical care elsewhere.
