Considering the price the rooms and breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work in the rooms. But the bigger problem was, that the heating was running all the time in our rooms and it was not possible to switch it off! If we opened the widows we couldn't sleep because of the street noise and with closed widows we could't sleep because of the heat. The bad thing was how the staff handled this issue. They were so rude to act like we were crazy for saying the heating is running and didn't go to check it.

The only good thing about this place is its access to almost every historically significant in Chaharbagh. Some of the staff are really rude. Especially the guy with glasses and receding hair. I got stuck behind the garage door once, and no one was answering the door. Prices are relatively reasonable, though. The food is not the best in the world.

the receptionist mr hoseini is very impolite and rude. he asks personal question and not friendly at all. they charged my friend an xtra night here just because he forgot to let them know he checked out despite the fact that he did not stay there at all. so this guy literally scammed us. i would never ever go back again to this place. like never.

I enjoyed my stay there. The only problem for me was the Internet coverage. Hope they have solved that.

Nice and warm hotel. But the bed sheets are not complete on all sides of blanket.
