The location of the hotel is in a good safe neighborhood there's a park just across the street. The service is one of the best I have seen they have there app the ease the communication and they have fulfilled all my requests. The rooms are little bit small for me and my family and we had to change rooms more than once to issue in the room which is a sewage smell in the bathroom , other than that everything was good for me . The breakfast buffet was nice traditional Turkish breakfast.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and polite and the service was excellent! All in all I recomend to whoever wants a good coffee to drink it here. Especially Amine was the best coffee host for me. Thank you Amine for making my mornings beautiful!

A great place to stay in Istanbul with a mod-point location to most attractions and places of interest. The hotel has a shuttle going to stations around to help you be mobile around the city saving you the hassle and pocket pain. One thing that stood out about this property is that the staff are always warm and smiling with a friendly approach creating a welcoming environment no matter what time of the day it is. Also, I never heard a “no” from them throughout my stay no matter what I requested. They’ve been a benchmark or hospitable gesture. Wonderful!

I recently stayed at the Istanbul Mövenpick Golden Horn and was blown away by the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. The receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions I had. The staff, including the cleaners, were polite and professional, and their English proficiency made communication a breeze. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to making my stay as comfortable as possible. The place is spotlessly clean and the smell is so very refreshing! What I absolutely loved about the place was the heartwarming staff! Excellent service with excellent caring smiles. Try use their terrace with a nargileh! The view us spectacular and the staff are your friends, let alone that Turkish coffee they offer you just for loving them back!

I stayed 4 days in this very beautiful Hotel. Everything there was high class. Restaurant, room service & reception crew. Also, parking crew Murat & Burhan they were very helpful I enjoyed too much. I almost forgot housekeeping woman Kadriyah she’s very nice & helpful. Thanks a lot I recommend it to everybody.

We were 4 nights at this hotel and the rooms were cleaned and good. They have a sky dome restaurant with good view and the staff service was amazing. They have free rides to Taksim Plaza which is good if you want to do a tourism walk. They follow our recommendations of include the adress in a card because the hotel has another sede and for take taxis was difficult to explain them the ubication of hotel, especially if you don’t have internet.

The thing I found most strange was that they asked for my card information in advance for possible expenses in the mini fridge in the room. I found it very strange because I have never encountered such a request before, I came late and my payment was made in advance, and it still asks for card information before entering the room to spend the mini-fridge. I didn't want to give it at first, and I wasn't going to spend anything anyway, but at the last check-out I told them I could pay accordingly. They said they didn't work that way and if I didn't give them a card, they would go up to the room and put a lock on the fridge…. I mean, what kind of customer service is this? I'm shocked. What does installing a chain lock mean? It's probably the hotel's own rules, of course the employee isn't doing anything wrong, but it wasn't an approach that made me feel comfortable.

I liked the ambience in the hotel it was great and I recommend the hotel for my friends and my family also the staff was excellent and I want to thank (Fatih )for his work he was always smiling and asking us if we want any thing he helped us a lot

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and relaxing. The manager Haydar has an absolutely wonderful personality and attitude with towards the customers. He’s very cooperative and helpful. He’s dedicated and is always smiling and interacting with his customers. He helped us a lot with the rooms and and breakfast and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel’s staff are very welcoming and nice.

In our travels to both Greece and Turkey, we went to a number of 5 star hotels. All but this one I would say are not worthy (some not even close) of 5 stars but this one was. Had a great dinner and the rooms were great. The air conditioning isn’t great in that part of the world as they try to conserve energy but other than that, great hotel.

Clean modern hotel in Eyup. Location is central and tram is 5 minute walk and bus stop is outside the hotel. When checking in, the guy wanted 100 euro deposit for the minibar. We refused as we dont use the minibar as those items are overpriced and are a quarter of the price at the local supermarket. They came to lock the minibar, we then couldn't use the fridge to store our drinks. So unprofessional for a 5 star hotel. Please rather only stock the minibar on request or remove everything from it. The guys working there were only concerned about it we used the minibar when we checked out as well. For a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness could be improved in the bathroom. The body wash and lotion had a bad smell so bring your own when staying here. We loved the views and the location. Great hotel for a few nights stopover. Would recommend.

This hotel was my second home. The staff are wonderful people and the hospitality in this hotel was unmatched. From the minute we entered the door to breakfast, transport arrangements and any and all requests, the staff were there to help us. It feels like a family rather than a hotel. Zeynep, is the crown jewel of Mövenpick. Her hospitality was phenomenal. There is no hotel that is perfect but Zeynep ironed out any of the problems we had and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Her customer relations skills are superb! And she is an overall lovely person and the definition of Turkish hospitality. I'd like to mention Ece for always warmly welcoming us at breakfast and tending to our daily transport and other arrangements, Anıl for seeing to us when we needed additional heating and for overall, his politeness, Kenan for going out of his way to make sure we had a safe, reliable way of getting to our destination. Sedat and Enes (excuse my spelling if incorrect) for their warmth, manners and extra helping hands. The breakfast was fantastic. A wide variety of foods, bread and sweet treats, special requests attended to personally, the most friendly chefs and breakfast team. The food was of a very high quality always. Transport shuttle services are provided to 3 central spots which was extra handy. The metro is a 3 minute walk from the hotel

Excellent overall service, food, atmosphere and value. A very warm, attentive and patient service from our waiter Tolga and the restaurant manager, Tenet. Explanations regarding the menu were very clear and informative. Service was provided at the customers speed and requirement and was a very relaxed and comfortable environment for dinner. Food taste and presentation from the kitchen was excellent. Will return for sure!

One of the best hotels in istanbul. The staff is very professional and kind. The receptionist Tugay is very kind and helpful and made my trip very easy and comfortable, he helped me arrange the trips to the attraction areas in Istanbul, and he is always available for assistance. The breakfast is very delicious and there is a variety of options. The hotel is located with a view to the Bosporus. Also the hotel offers free shuttle to the downtown daily. All the staff are welcoming and kind. I would recommend this hotel to all.

We are staying in this hotel for a few days. The two restaurants of the hotel are very good and calm especially the one at the 10th floor with the view. The classic room is big enough et very clean. The only bad thing is the location but it's not a problem with taxis.

I’ve been several times in Istanbul. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this hotel. They have different kinds of rooms. Just choice what suits you and I’m sure you will get a good room in terms of size, view and accessories based on the rates with similar 5 star hotels. One last and important thing to y’all, staff were helpful and provided a family atmosphere.

Really enjoyed my stay. My room was spacious, clean and there was a great view. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety, and room service was prompt. Staff were all friendly - thanks especially to Kadriye who did a great job.

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff members are wonderful and super friendly. The rooms are clean and well-organised. We visited the restaurant one evening, the cuisine was nice and we enjoyed our stay. One of the waiters, Erdal, was extremely welcoming and offered high-quality service. The complementary Turkish tea was a nice gesture as well.

Erdal was excellent as our server. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The food was amazing and the rooms were very neat and clean. It was the definition of above and beyond and overall was a wonderful visit.

The service is excellent and the food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable considering it's a hotel restaurant. Try to try the seafood platter. Erdal, who works at the restaurant, and Ilayda, who works at the bar, are especially attentive and kind. You can count on them for any help with dishes and drinks. And don't miss the chocolate hour! It's all delicious!

We had a bus drop us off, so we didn't have a problem getting to it, but you can only get to it from one side of the street, and it's right on the road so not much parking space. The service is great though, and the food is delicious. The rooms are also kept clean and nicely designed. The showers are great as well.

Thank you so much for the great hospitality !!! I stayed with my auntie and my cousin in a standard room and when we arrived everything was arranged for 3. Everything is clean and the bed is super comfortable. The hotel offers shuttles to the main attraction zones and is very supportive with questions. The location is is very central and you can reach everywhere with taxi or bus. We preferred a hotel a bit far from the noise and crowd but still central. Definitely coming back - thanks a lot.

Tried the coffee cocktail with Ilayda (best barista ever met). She made me a new drink and I loved it. Very delicious . Sweet and delicious for the day time. Reminded me of the night time with my espresso martini! Will definitely come back.

I had a fantastic time at the Mövenpick Golden Horn. The staff were very helpful, and super friendly. Amine at the lobby bar was also fantastic, and gave great recommendations for drinks and food. If you are looking for a good hotel to stay at Istanbul, I highly recommend this one!

Beautiful city & sea view from dulex room...breakfast has variety of options. Tea collection is amazing. Helpful staff and on site parking are plus points. Movenpick ice cream should be served free to resident as its their own brand. Spa facilities are limited. Can be improved by adding relaxing foot massage and facials

The hotel is almost perfect, but the location is not. I had a wonderful view on the golden horn. the staff is really friendly and helpful, restaurants are good but the prices are relatively high. It is a good choice for relaxation.

Great customer service. Nice & clean rooms. i didn’t use the spa but my family did and it’s highly recommended. The breakfast is good and satisfying.. For the location, it’s located in the European area and close to some nice shopping malls. You can also cross the street and enjoy open area view to the lake.

It is a nice place and luxury. But as Movenpick is the breakfast should be better with more choices and the gym should be bigger. Also the rooms without the view have a major problem which is that they do not see sun and the morning and you still feel sleepy. But it is still nice and luxury. Adding to that the team is amazing.

Outstanding hotel and staff. wonderful views of the Golden Horn and old city. I was there for a wedding celebration. Have been here on previous occasions, I knew what to expect. The hotel has very high standards and maintains these at all times. From the friendly greeting from the concierge on entering, the reception staff, right through the whole team. Big thank you to the restaurant staff. I will certainly be returning and recommend anyone considering a family gathering or social events

From the minute of my arrival, I had the Best Customer Service from All and Everyone of the staff.. they been Very welcoming, Very Professional, and extremely helpful. I was Very tired and Irritated from the delays of my plan in Frankfurt which extended the length of my trip to over 24 hours, and of course losing my ride from the airport to the hotel at night, which wasn’t very comfortable to me as a lady.. From that point, Nothing was good enough for me, I have complained about the location, the room and even the weather!! Which no one has control over it !! I was tired, hungry, cold and totally irritated!! They have tried to do whatever it takes to make me happy,, including changing my room three times to make me happy, even next day their management, tried to understand my problem to fix They offered me a premium room and moved me to it.. Honestly,, I am Very impressed and very happy to stay at this hotel.. I feel like I am home and all the staff treats me like family I have traveled almost All over the world, and I can tell the difference between hotels. Indeed this hotel is EXTREMELY CLEAN STAFF EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION ! Definitely, I will be back and I recommend it to everyone.. Thank you to all the managements and the Amazing staff.. Thank you

Our stay in this Hotel was excellent. All the staff is very professional specially the front valet Vadet and the other tall guy both of these guys are very helpful with everything. Loved the stay and enjoyed the good time. Definitely recommended to everyone visiting Istanbul. Oh, there's also shuttle that takes you to main attractions one way!!

Great hotel for the price. The staff here are amazing and clearly excellently trained. They always put the customer first and try to help you whether it's getting you a taxi or reccomending a restaurant. The concierge also deserves special notice as he was amazing in booking shows for us and recommending restaurants. They look out for you in the sense that they make sure the taxis are always metered and that shows/entertainment is always priced fairly (local price not tourist prices). A minor detail is that rooms have amazing showers which you would typically not find. There are some improvements to be made however. The wellness centre (sauna/steam room/hamam etc) requires a person (masseuse) outside to let you in due to covid restrictions and sometimes they are away, forcing you to go to a receptionist to let you in (since massages are 40minutes). I feel like this could be solved. The food in the hotel restaurant (sky dome) is not good. The steak was tough and the the kofte tasted odd (poor quality meat). The lemonade and the fries however were absolutely amazing alongside the spectacular views. Perhaps they should re-think the menu and upgrade the quality since the prices are actually quite low there as they are. I would happily pay more if the food was of higher quality. The breakfast selection is too small and due to covid restrictions someone has to put food on your plate for you. I would highly reccomend eating breakfast out considering it's €10pp at the hotel. Overall it's a great hotel at an amazing price which is located closely to all major attractions. A ride to Taksim (20mins) sets you back up to 50lira which is only £2.70. Would definitely reccomend coming here.

Wonderful stay. The welcome is great, the staff is great. You really feel at ease with all these attentive and caring people. The restaurant is very good is friendly, we liked it so much that we eat there every day. It will be our reference hotel for our trips to Istanbul. This hotel deserves the 5 stars which makes you feel right at home.

The staff were very polite, attending, and kind specially Mr. Fuat. The hotel was quiet and clean. The food was good. The place is nicely situated with public transport being minutes away. The sea side views are quite nice. All in all it was a great experience.

The service team was super nice and flexible. My bathroom was smelling a bit (I can't describe, what it was, but it wasn't that nice), but that was no big deal after some airflow. Food was nice (I'm vegan), rooms were clean and pretty and offered a lot of convenience. I just spent 2 nights there, so I don't know about much else than the dining areas, the food, the service and the rooms :).

A beautiful hotel with a friendly staff from the welcoming bell staff to the front desk, housekeepers and restaurant servers. We stayed at the beginning and end of our travels in Turkey and Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved this hotel. Ask for a floor above the 3rd level for s as nice view of the River

He served me coffee and I saw from a distance how he treats the other customers and I can be the first to say this hotel is lucky to have him as an employee like Emir. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was very nice, but the amazing customer service the Emir gives to all the customers is what truly brings the experience of the hotel. I was really pleased with the reception service (Mr. Yusuf was very professional and accommodating), as well as the breakfast area supervisor Ms. Hilal. The staff is very well trained and polite focused at swift service to the customers satisfaction. The view from both restaurants is astonishing, and the rooms are super clean and cozy.

Good location , free valet parking, very clean and specious room with an amazing view. I wish if the breakfast buffet had more hot items. Be aware that the sauna and steam room need a reservation. No jacuzzi or pool available at this location. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and visiting the city of Istanbul for first time

Lovely hotel, staff are brilliant, very helpful and couldn’t do more for you. Would recommend the Arca restaurant on the top floor, the food is the best. I will definitely be back. Great location and views, public transport is a short walk away and taxis are cheap. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel
