The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and professional and spoke great English. The bed was surprisingly soft and refreshing. The location is great we were actually able to walk to the airport in just a few minutes. It was not noisy at all especially considering it’s proximity to the airport.

This hotel provided  me  with  a  great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities were superb. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was good for my trip, it was near airport, industrial zone, and the public transportation to the city center for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting İzmir for same as my purposes!

I will arrive on November 1 and need to check in at the hotel on November 1 at 3 am, but the hotel refuses. At first they wrote that I have to book from 30.10 to 01.11, and that's two nights!! I explained that the arrival date is 01.11, so I am booking from 31.10 to 01.11, that is, I planned to check in and leave at 11 o'clock on the same day. What is wrong with the hotel, which is near the airport, why is it refused?

We spent one night here and the hotel definitely doesn’t deserve 4*. The bed was kind of ok, but the rest…you can see by yourself. The window didn’t function and we heard all the noise from outside. The door bathroom was broken and inside was lot of rust, as you can see in the photos. For such conditions it deserves only 2 stars. Not to mention that by check-in the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all!!

AC in the room didn’t work so it was so hot and smelt of cigarettes. Breakfast was below average for the price of a nights stay. Hotel is not within walking distance of airport; although free shuttle on the way back was good

I booked this hotel on the basis of reviews but when I came to the hotel, the front desk checked me into the room which was partly cleaned. I have to call the housekeeper who was working in other room to finish the room allotted to me and she told us to wait while she finishes the room. Then they didn't provided the basic amenities of toiletry and stuff. I have to go to near by shop to buy my own stuff to take the shower. The front desk has just one reply for everything, I am sorry. I wonder how they get 5 star ratings and they put 4 star on their website.

My husband and i booked this hotel because our flight got cancelled and changed to the early morning. The This hotel is next to the airport with a shuttle to take you. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at after a night or early flight this is a great place!

I booked a room at this hotel specifically because it's close to the airport and it supposedly provides free shuttle service to the airport. I was told at check-in that I didn't have a reservation. Luckily, I had a printed receipt of my reservation which I paid for 3 months before. I specifically asked the front desk about the shuttle service at check-in. I was assured that I just needed to come down in the morning and they would take me. They did not have a shuttle schedule. The room was typical for any airport hotel. There was sewage odor despite keeping the bathroom door closed. The air conditioning did not work. I couldn't turn off the room light (I made sure I flipped all the light switches to make sure.) The light was not a plug-in type so I couldn't even unplug it. The final disappointment was when I checked out early in the morning for an international flight, I was told that there was no shuttle service. The front desk man informed me with an impassive face that I could pay for a taxi or walk to the airport. There was no apology or any expression of caring.

When you turn off the light switch, it cuts off the power supply, even to the sockets. If you don't realize it, you wake up the next day with no battery on your phone, which is unpleasant when you have a flight at 5 am. That situation also caused me to leave the charger there to charge the phone until the last moment, and in the end, I neglected it.

The waiter serving us during lunch wiped tables, chairs and forks with the same rag. It was woman with unfriendly face.

Excellent location 2 mins by car from the airport. Food very good with reasonable prices. Staff welcoming with a smile. Very good breakfast

This place is not worth staying. The wifi in the room runs at 2 Mbps downlink and 1 Mbps uplink at best. The management team is shockingly unprofessional and irresponsible. “The solution we got is to get ourself to lobby to use better wifi. The room wifi is designed to be slow.” This is really ridiculous. Why would I pay for the hotel which claims to have the free wifi but use the wifi at the lobby which is nothing different from working in Starbucks? The most unbelievable thing was the attitude of the manager, who basically planned not to do anything the remedy the issue. Although the location seems promising and convenient, it’s highly recommended not to stay at the hotel. It’s a shame as the airport hotel in the congested airport.

Pretty good hotel next to the airport. Rooms are not spacious, but good enough. Breakfast is ok and next to the airport. Service was great.

Smart rooms helpful service, I liked the fruit and tea. Ikon was in particular very helpful in me getting my phone back!

Great place to stay if you're catching a morning flight. It's an easy 10-minute walk to the International Terminal, or they have a complimentary shuttle service. They have a great breakfast buffet, which starts at 6:30 AM. Easily the nicest hotel room we had in 3 weeks traveling in Turkey. Large, comfortable room, good bathroom.

My family and me were really delighted for the quality and Service we got during our 1 night stay. I really cannot praise it enough for the hygiene and room quality we got for that price (transfer to airport was organized at 1:30 am without costs.. Really nice. And kind staff in that hotel. We will use it again for our next trip to Izmir.

Great location, room also great, and the service was very nice and obliging. A big plus for the transfer to the airport. I recommend it to everyone flying early in the morning.

10 minutes walk away from the terminals, location is reasonable. The room is clean enough, although we had issues with sewage smell in the shower which luckily went away. Internet is unusably slow, if you're a business traveler reliant on the internet, consider bringing your own.

Great stay and fantastic value for money. I had chosen this hotel for a short overnight stay and wasn't disappointed. The hotel provided a shuttle pickup at the airport. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a good number of hot and cold options. The lighting in the room was a little low for my liking and can be improved.

The receptionist was so sweet and kind. They received us at a late check in and still made great accommodations. It’s super clean and close to the airport with shuttle service if needed. We were able to store our luggage there after check out so we didn’t have to carry them while exploring the city.

It’s my second time staying at Orty Airport Hotel. Both times were great! The staff speaks English well and are very helpful. They quickly solve any problem as and answer any question. Room service, restaurant, cleaning service are all exceptional. We stayed for 4 nights and my room has been cleaned every day without me asking for it. I was also provided a baby crib. To say we had a comfortable stay is not enough. It was great!

Free onsite parking. Free 24/7 shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast included with your booking. Very close to the airport. Friendly staff. Hotel is close to a gas station if you want to get snacks. Wifi is poor. Room is dark lit. TV audio is poor. Hard to reach HDMI port to TV. Decent room size, not too small. Tall ceilings. AC works.

Nice hotel, food is ok, price is normal. Keep in mind you need to walk 10 minutes from airport. Has nice backyard) room was clean. Also it's it really near to gas station, means you have access to small supermarket, to buy some snacks and drinks.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. All very pleasant, free wi fi, great food in restaurant, pleasant rooms .. all you need, all they have. The cost of the rooms are very nice.

Had a few hours stop over here waiting for connecting flight... Staff very helpful.. Stored our baggage and kindly transfered us to airport free of charge.. Had afternoon tea and cake which was served to us by a very nice man.. Thanks to all at the Orty Hotel..

We arrived to this hotel at midnight. Apparently they had "free shuttle bus" from the airport but when you contacting them to arrange the arrival, they never answered. Finally, we paid a taxi. The room that I was given had no electricity. We cannot charge our mobiles phones or turn on the lights. Our room was changed. We asked for a non-smoking room but the receptionist gave us the smoking one. We didn't complaint because we were really tired and we wanted just to sleep. The crazy thing is that two hours later a family came into our room!!!!!! I did not recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
