I
booked
a
room
at
this
hotel
specifically
because
it's
close
to
the
airport
and
it
supposedly
provides
free
shuttle
service
to
the
airport.
I
was
told
at
check-in
that
I
didn't
have
a
reservation.
Luckily,
I
had
a
printed
receipt
of
my
reservation
which
I
paid
for
3
months
before.
I
specifically
asked
the
front
desk
about
the
shuttle
service
at
check-in.
I
was
assured
that
I
just
needed
to
come
down
in
the
morning
and
they
would
take
me.
They
did
not
have
a
shuttle
schedule.
The
room
was
typical
for
any
airport
hotel.
There
was
sewage
odor
despite
keeping
the
bathroom
door
closed.
The
air
conditioning
did
not
work.
I
couldn't
turn
off
the
room
light
(I
made
sure
I
flipped
all
the
light
switches
to
make
sure.)
The
light
was
not
a
plug-in
type
so
I
couldn't
even
unplug
it.
The
final
disappointment
was
when
I
checked
out
early
in
the
morning
for
an
international
flight,
I
was
told
that
there
was
no
shuttle
service.
The
front
desk
man
informed
me
with
an
impassive
face
that
I
could
pay
for
a
taxi
or
walk
to
the
airport.
There
was
no
apology
or
any
expression
of
caring.
