On July 22, we arrived in Grenoble and checked into the hotel "Park Hotel Grenoble - MGallery" at the address: 10 Pl. Paul Mistral, 38000 Grenoble. A hotel employee (a young man) pointed us to the parking lot in front of the hotel, called it an ideal parking space. In the morning of the next day, the windows in the trunk and rear passenger window were broken. Robbers pulled out a suitcase with clothes from our car. So now we have only the clothes that we had on at the weekend :) The hotel staff at the reception changed and on the morning of July 23, the employees (a girl and an woman) said that this was a city parking lot, and they could not offer us anything. At the same time, the parking space says "hotel". The presence of cameras in the hotel is denied. The room and lobby were excellent, with five stars. But this incident does not allow us to rate the hotel highly. You should strictly prohibit employees from parking people here... Can you imagine how insulting we are? It's not enough that we were left without clothes. The glass on our car, produced for the Japanese domestic market, cannot be found in Europe.

Spontaneous booking on a road trip, so well worth it. Lovely hotel in a great location within minutes walk from the old town. Excellent service from wonderful staff, from check in to bar to breakfast. Room well appointed, excellent comfortable bed, just a perfect stay!

Very exceptional nice hotel, up to the highest standarts, the reception is very kind and helpful, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel, my special thank to Christel and the very kind gentleman at the reception at night for helping me with parking. We will stay here again when we travel over Grenoble on our way back 🙏🙏❤️

This is a delux boutique hotel that is very worthy of the title. The hotel looks like it has recently been renovated. The foyer, bar and rooms are tastefully decorated in a classic style, fresh and very comfortable and warm. There is an atmosphere of a "private club" rather than a hotel. Staff are excellent, genuinely welcoming, warm, helpful and professional towards guests, they have been well chosen and well trained. Housekeeping is also well above average in rooms and public areas. The hotel is located close to tram lines which can take you to and from various parts of the city and to the main train station. The restaurant was not operating when we visited, instead there was a limited menu available in the bar upon reservation. We had five nights at the hotel and we would certainly like to return.

I go to the city almost every few months for some business visit. The hotel is not far from the city center, with a park opposite and a small supermarket nearby, so the location is good. I have stayed at this hotel many times. I hope this review will draw the management center’s attention to hotel issues. 1. This hotel really needs a lot of hardware and software upgrades. Very small gym. The decoration is old and outdated. One day I didn't even have hot water. The number of tables in the restaurant is very limited, and even the bread is not available during the popular time on weekend mornings. The soundproofing of the room is not good either. I can often hear the sound of the TV or people talking next door late at night. 2. Service quality is unstable. Most of the time, because I've been around long enough, they already know my habits. Therefore I can only say 4/5 for this part, however the few times I felt the service staff could have done better was when I first arrived the front desk gave me a bad feeling. He didn't even bother to get up and explain everything about the hotel and all the facilities. He made me feel like the hotel was more like a family run B&B than a tourist hotel. 3. I suggest that the menu should be changed, or even the supplier should be changed. Because it hasn't changed at all. 4. The cleaning part can be improved. I think their problem may be limited manpower. All in all, there are a lot of things this hotel could do better and I hope they don't live up to their previous four star rating.

Loved this hotel, it has a great feel to it. Our room was spacious, very clean and very quiet considering our room face the main street (double glazed windows made the difference). Staff were friendly and happy to help.

Overall very good impression. Super friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with Clarins shower gel- shampoos in the bathroom, beautiful interior, great location. The only flaw is that they have no parking, but there’s a parking nearby (50 meters) at the Pathé Cinema which is available for hotel guests. If arriving at night you should press the speaker button at the entrance to the parking and tell you’re the hotel guest. For Tesla drivers, there’s one parking spot at the hotel premises with a Tesla charger (€30 per night) which you have to book in advance.

A good hotel in a very good price range. It‘s located next to the city centre with various parking opportunities next to it. While the service lacked the approbiate amount of friendliness, the hotel itself convinced with nice style and good rooms. The room had a perfect size and was well designed, but started to show signs of usage. All in all, especially while keeping the price in mind, this hotel is a good opportunity to discover and enjoy Grenoble.

Great design, vintage fully refurbished hotel! Very clean with nice breakfast including what you need. Very helpful staff at a convenient place downtown Grenoble.

Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in for a long time - about the most important thing a hotel can get right!

Great location, very helpful staff in bar and reception. All parts of the hotel are in very good condition, rooms comfortable, bed really really comfy hearing controls easy to use. Bathroom well appointed and maintained. Quirky movement detector for WC light comes in when door moves but goes off again a bit too quickly. very nice hotel we'll be back

A very nice hotel with a great atmosphere. The decoration of the interior is interesting and tasteful. The rooms nice and comfortable. The personnel competent, efficient and friendly. This hotel has no restaurant, but in the evening you can dine in the bar: there is a small menu with a few tasty dishes. Of course you could also go to the nearby Brasserie Chavant, a partner of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a lot of nice things: a good start of your day!

Nice hotel, very good service. We had a pleasant stay here. Very kind and friendly personnel. Good breakfast with different choices. Really a hotel to visit. On the other side of the road there is a nice park where you can walk or sport.

Great hotel...old world charm Room was great. I had the suite excellent space for my 8 day stay. The front desk staff was very nice and a special mention to the house keeping staff. They were exceptional and attentive to my needs and and just after one request of extra water and milk for my coffee, I didn't need to ask again.

We had a 3 day stay. Excellent staff. Amazing room. Had breakfast served by Frederick and Solveigh All freshly baked by Frederick early hours before breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed their service and friendliness Stayed May 15th to 18th. Conveniently located near tram to down town Grenoble.
