What
a
big
disappointment.
I
saw
this
hotel
advertizing
for
2
years
in
Facebook
and
it
really
looked
nice
-
so
finally
wanted
to
try
it
out,
but
it
all
began
with
some
very
big
disappointments
and
unprofessional
behavior.
First
of
all:
The
location
of
this
hotel
in
google
maps
is
absolutely
wrong
-
please
see
on
the
attached
pic:
they
put
it
close
to
18
Calle
-
but
in
reality
it
is
close
to
4
Calle
-
so
if
you're
arriving
with
Uber
or
use
google
maps
to
direct
you
to
the
hotel,
you'll
be
trapped
14
blocks
South
of
the
hotel
and
nobody
will
help
you,
because
they
never
heard
of
this
hotel.
They're
obviously
incapable
to
post
their
hotel
to
the
right
location!
But
wait:
I'm
smart
and
I
can
find
the
phone
number
in
the
Internet,
because
I
have
a
Guatemalan
chip
and
Guatemalan
Internet.
So
I
found
the
phone
number
and
called
and
connected
with
my
taxi
driver
to
tell
him
how
to
find
the
hotel.
The
lady
at
the
reception
does
not
answer
your
question
-
she's
asking
for
the
name
of
the
person
who
did
the
room
reservation:
I
tell
her,
that
this
is
not
relevant
now
-
I
wanted
to
know
how
to
get
to
the
hotel.
She
insists
to
tell
us
that
check-in
cannot
be
done
before
3pm
and
I
get
mad
and
ask,
if
we
please
could
get
the
description
to
go
towards
the
hotel
and
finally
she'll
tell
us
-
this
is
so
unprofessional.
Next
bad
surprise:
We
arrive
at
the
hotel
and
she
tells
us
immediately:
No
check-in
before
3pm.
I
remember
all
the
other
hotels
in
Guatemala
City
-I
never
had
to
wait
more
than
an
hour
even
with
early
arrival
-
Suites
Terraza
Imperial
makes
me
wait
from
9am
till
3pm
-
what
a
bad
service!
I
bet
that
in
95%
of
all
hotels
in
the
world
they
would
call
housekeeping,
telling
that
there
was
an
early
arrival
and
then
they
would
prepare
one
room
-
Suites
Terraza
Imperial
is
incapable
to
do
such
a
service
and
I
really
have
to
wait
till
2.55pm
to
get
checked
in.
Next
bad
surprise:
They
request
a
cash
deposit
of
425
Quetzales
for
"I
don't
know
what
reason"
-
I
staid
in
approximately
500
hotels
or
more
in
my
life
and
never
had
to
leave
any
cash
deposit!
Upstairs
in
the
room
I
discover;
There's
an
extremly
slow
Internet
-
thanks
God
-
I
have
my
own
Internet
(as
the
hotel
Internet
is
not
good
for
any
use!).
I
want
to
sit
down
at
the
only
table
and
use
my
laptop
-
there's
no
electrical
outlet
-
not
close
to
the
table,
not
in
the
whole
room
-
I
have
to
unplugg
the
TV
and
channel
box
in
order
to
plug
my
laptop
in
or
charge
my
phone
-
what?
No
electrical
outlet
in
the
whole
room
-
how
ridiculous!
There's
one
single
pillow
in
a
king-size
bed
and
there's
no
brush
to
clean
the
toilet
-
it
is
all
one
big
disappointment.
They
got
a
new
customer
today
due
to
their
advertizing
in
FB
but
they
lost
this
new
customer
already
the
first
day
of
his
stay
-
it's
all
too
unprofessional
and
poor
service,
and
I'll
be
happy
to
go
back
to
my
ordinary
hotel
rooms
in
good
hotels
of
Guatemala
City
and
will
never
set
a
step
into
Suites
Terraza
Imperial.
