I had a excellent experience at hotel Serena, I was with my family and my Dog,she also had a goo's time ,it in hard to find a pet friendly hotel. But this one it is out standing !

Wonderful place, helpful staff, safe walking distances to restaurants and the mall even at night. Staff really go out of their way to ensure your visit is ideal. One downside - dance club across the street - depending on the day of the week and your room, you'll hear boom boom until 2 am.

As soon as I arrived I knew I was at the right place. I was greeted at the airport by a very friendly and helpful driver Adolfo, at the hotel the receptionist, Yolman, make sure the suit I requested was available, after that the rest of the staff make me feel at home, from Alejandro, Maylin, Manuel, Danny, Gerson, Mrs Lydia, Roland. The have a great team of employees, the place was always clean, nice breakfast, I use the gym almost every day, this one needs a little fix. Everything is close by, like Restaurant,Malls, etc.

Casa Serena is a block or so away from the busier part of Zona Viva but still very conveniently located to shops and businesses. The hotel is really super if you are traveling with your family as they specialize in suites and families. Breakfast is solid but the rooms and location are excellent

This an affordable low key hotel. The premises are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are all two bedroom suites. Parking in the secure lot is limited. Perfect if you are traveling with children. The rates are equivalent to a standard room at the major chains.
