I love the Apart-hotel as it is spacious and confortable, and the food and night life around the hotel is exquisite and really fun and secure. I noticed a lot of security since I entered the country and Hotel Fontabella was not the exception. Next year I'm planning to take my family to Guatemala and sure thing we will stay at this Hotel.

It's the best Hotel in Guatemala City, his Apart-Hotel concept is really outstanding, and it has a beautiful Mall right next to it.

Rooms are wonderful, service is great and the price is fair. The biggest issue I had which is important if you are staying a long time: the security personnel at the hotel and plaza seem to dig way too far into your personal life. They are incredibly invasive in your privacy.

I'm salvadorian but I live in the US, so every on August we travel with my family to Guatemala City. We always stay at Hotel Fontabella cuz it's wonderful location near to Ciudad Cayalá, Zona viva, and the Airport. The zone where is located is really safe and nice, plus the Hotel is inside a mall so you can shop there before going to anywhere else. The rooms are really big, it's actuallt a Apart-hotel, so you kinda feel like being at home. I really recomend Hotel Fontabella to all salvadorians and americans who travel to Guatemala city.
