Cozy and traditional hotel. It is clean, warm and had all facilities you need like tea, coffee, and food. They are very hospitable and friendly. The decoration is good too. I highly recommend this place if you visiting Kerman city

This wonderful little family-run hotel in the centre of Kerman was by far the best and most enjoyable accommodation I stayed at during my 2-week trip. The outrageously kind and hospitable staff will make you feel right at home. My travel agency had requested a city tour, so the owner herself (and her daughter as a lovely guide) gave me a ride around the city to make sure I would not miss any points of interest. Their home-made breakfast was delicious, and you can order iced drinks during the day that will help you cool down. As for the facilities, you will find that they are absolutely spotless and the beds very comfortable. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the cozy courtyard that is lovingly decorated with lots of potted plants - an oasis that invites you to sit down, unwind, and have a nice cup of tea while discovering all the little details. I am certainly coming back. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Please treat yourself.

Had a terrible experience with them. They called me when I was at the airport (2 hours before my arrival!) and told me that they had to accommodate me in another hostel as the other guest had not leave the room yet. They sent me to Khorram hostel which is just an ugly place with stinky rooms and much cheaper than Shahbaz. They ruined my trip. Disgusting!

BE AWARE this place is a big scam the rooms were disgusting like they never cleaned the floors or sheets the staff was very rude and lied to our face multiple times! When we told them we were unhappy they said it’s ok go to sleep I have never seen anyone treat people this was. Very ridiculous. This people are a big scam stay far away from this place if you want to have a good experience look for another hotel. This place is a joke. We had to check our early because of how horrible this place was

BEWARE!!!Very bad experience. When we arrived we asked for a double room for 2 nights, we were told that there was a free one at the price of 850,000 tomans per night. We said okay. The second night after dinner, one of the workers came to our room and told us that he had to charge us and that the bill was 850,000 tomans per person per night, that is double what was agreed. We refused to pay that amount, the girl who works there and who seemed to be the couple and who was in cahoots with him came to talk to us, after a while of discussion they had to relax because it was quite clear that they were trying to SCAM us, probably the two workers wanted to keep the money. It did not work for them but if we had not said anything they would have deceived us. I think that being tourists they tried to rob us without shame. Other than that, the facilities were pretty good.

It was a great exprience. The staffs were so great and nice they were so kind, They helped me with the tour. I definitely will come back. Highly recommended.

We asked the owner if he can smoke somewhere because we smells smoke in the room but he didn't stop. We end up waking up in the middle of the night smoke all over our room, no WiFi signal in the room and noisy.
