Attention travelers! This hotel does not allow unmarried couples to share a room. My partner and I (from Switzerland and Italy) were questioned about our marital status and although we stated we were married, the hotel manager, who spoke good English and seemed polite, decided there was "no relationship" and we could not share a room. This is not a common practice in Iran, as no law prohibits foreign couples (married or not) from sharing a room. We refused to take 2 rooms and head to another hotel (resalah or similar) which hosted us without any further questions. Very sad experience, avoid if you can.

Very bad experience and unprofessional staffs. I have been lived in Iran for many years and I have been stayed in more than 20 hotels, but this hotel really made me unpleasant. In the beginning we showed our sincerity to booking 2 nights, I want to take a shower when I return to the hotel from outdoors above 45 degrees Celsius, my room's faucet without any water. Long story short, till the end I found that the staff cut the water for us but pretended that the water was cut by the water company till other customers come, I was so angry that I directly cancel the paid reservation to next day, they didn't even say an apology. Although the hotel’s equipment is new, it is extremely simple, only shampoo and shower gel are provided; the quality of the staff is extremely poor, which is basically the quality of the staff of a 1-star hotel

you will receive more that you pay . we were comfort and enjoyed.

It suits the stars it has. The only problem is breakfast service that there is always something short.

Modern, clean place, unbeatable value for money. Very friendly and helpful owner who speaks English and German fluently, secure parking. Look no further.

This hotel is horrible, the air conditioner has problem and if you travel in summer room will be so warm. We told the hotel manager and he did not pay attention. این هتل بسیار ضعیف است اتاق ما بسیار گرم بود و کولر مشکل داشت

Staff behavior is very friendly and warm. But the rooms are not so clean .we Saw some insects .it has parking and restaurant but it can be better than this

Very good English spoken, when I asked for coffee at breakfast I got a whole pot :), clean room
