Ever since the management changed, everything has really changed, now it has the facilities of at least a 3-star hotel. It is very clean and has good food. I was very satisfied, especially with the food, coffee shop and roof garden

It was not new, the staff's treatment with the passengers was not good at all, free newspapers were not given, there was no taxi service and the passenger had to take a taxi himself, there was no balcony at all, the pictures they published of this hotel are completely different from the reality. is the way Taj Hotel is not recommended for staying even for one day. The dining hall was not cleaned at all and it was hot and the tablecloths on the tables and chairs were dirty and sometimes they did not have boiling water. The rooms were dark and small and had only one window. There was no dishwasher in the room. Only the rice and chicken dishes were better than the other dishes. Overall, they were not good at all.
