Let me summarise it for you: Crap service Untrustworthy Overpriced Worst place I've ever stayed! How on earth this place is rated a 4 star establishment is beyond me. We booked, confirmed and paid for our accommodation weeks ago, even paid extra for early check in. Upon arrival we were told they had no rooms available! The check in desk basically told us to drop off our belongings and come back in 6 hrs! No apology no nothing, just tough luck! When we pressed them harder for an explanation, we were told they had a "foreign guest" who didn't check out. Pretty sure their "foreign guest" didn't book 3 rooms....... After 2 hrs of waiting in the lobby with an infant we finally got one of our three rooms, only to be greeted with two single beds when we entered the room. Pretty sure they expected us to move the beds ourselves.

Stayed at hotel javad for 3 days and 2 nights; the staff were very accommodating and nice; we had a 4 bedroom room; it was clean, with towels, hair dryer and toileteries; everything was good execpt that the room didn't have a kettle to boil water in; which was a real downside ! Also we wanted to celebrate our friend's birthday so we were playing music and talking; a couple called and came to our room several times to complain; it was very frustrating! Also used the message service of the hotel; it was great; especially liked going in the jacuzzi first; towels and toiletry were also provided! The highlight was the hotel's breakfast with a variety of options: from different kinds of cheese to sausages, ham and different soups; it was great; the pancakes, bean soup and sholeghalam soup not so much though! In general, we enjoyed our visit very much and would recommend to others šŸ‘Œ

Very close to the Imam Reza Shrine - Really great service from the staff here, welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and free breakfast provided was satisfactory. Overall, a good stay for those who visit Mashhad.

I stayed there for 2 nights. It wasn't what I expected from a 4 star hotel. It was clean but it looked old. Food quality was terrible.

Terrible food (especially the cafe) Mediocre staff Rooms were not dirty, but they weren't particularly super clean either All in all an ok hotel, but definitely overpriced Do yourself a favor and don't repeat my mistake. If you don't wanna visit the stupid shrine, don't get a hotel near it.

This hotel is just outside the Haram e Mtahar. The exquisite Javad Hotel Mashhad is newly renovated. Not to mentionĀ outstanding accommodations. Travelers that plan to do the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza pilgrimage will find this the best hotel for booking and reservation. Javad Hotel provides well-appointed, modern suites and rooms for your convenience. Online booking is also available.

This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. I tried to book a room on 3 occassions and they made life so difficult. First they told me to email them, which we did. No response. Then I called them twice again but they said we needed to call and reserve on the day of our arrival!! Then finally I called back and they said they didn't have rooms and hung up on me!! Tthe rudest hotel I have ever interacted with. Save yourselves the hassle, they don't want your business anyway. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay. Specially for those who want to visit the holy shrine frequently. Lunch and dinner buffets can't be surpassed with different types of delicious foods. Staffs are respectful, place is clean, rooms are well-ordered. There is also a coffee shop for you to enjoy.

Excellent in almost every way. Great rooms (although with slight signs of fraying), good breakfast, beautiful spa. Restaurant was ordinary. Good coffee lounge. Location is close to the shrine but less convenient for anything else.

We had a stay in this hotel for a business-vacation trip. Generally everything was awesome. The staff are so friendly and I thanks them alof for the service they provided. The food was awesome, they had a great menu for all meals. And rooms were quite clean but alottle old. Another fact is that the hotel is near the Imam Reza Holy Shrine which was really important for me because of Ziarat. I recommend this hotel finally.

Iā€™ve visited Jawad hotel in past. But this time I am absolutely disappointed with the type of service I received. I was not staying this time, I just visited their restaurant as I like their food. Upon coming to restaurant, the waiter is absolutely indecent without knowing any courtesy of how to treat a guest. Handing over the menu card without even having the first the guest seated. Further upon placing the order, he said you can go take the drinks yourself. You are paying spending Ū²Ū°Ū°Ū°Ū°Ū°Ū° +plus tomans and they are giving you unbearable pathetic service. I wouldnā€™t be visiting or recommending any of my friends to come here anymore.

Not sure why it got 4 stars, elevator were not working, had to take the stairs to 4th floor, internet was on and off in rooms, breakfast was OK, they got a simple reservation wrong, called me twice and asked to evacuate the room, had to show reservation and prove of payment to fix the issue, nice building and fancy look but not a good service

Staff were a mixed bunch. Some were simply rude! We had dinner at their restaurant once and the waiter wouldnā€™t let us pick our tables. He was adamant that we selected one he pointed to but that was not practical and not what we wanted. Furthermore, a group of them kept glancing at our table whilst muttering among themselves. They spoke no english and were a rude bunch. There were few good souls there but itā€™s still a one star because the rooms had issues. The toilet in one of the rooms was constantly blocked due to a faulty flush. They came out 5/6 times only to do a patch up job and that was very inconvenient especially late at night. Very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend!

I only used the breakfast buffet. It was bad and the quality of foods was like a 2-star hotel.

It could be ranked as a 2 star hotel, not worth the price. Pros: close to the shrine, offering taxi service on site (not free) and a free memo photo Cons: - The carpets and furniture's are not properly renovated over the time (The carpets in rooms are really a mess) - Doesn't include a basic wifi service (they charge for it) - Doesn't have a central AC for heating (should use a heater which is not in the room by default and should ask the reception). - Unless asking them, they do not regularly service the room (bringing water bottles, etc) They arenot clear about their policy (they say water is included, but they put two types of water bottles in the fridge, only one of them is free of charge!) - The food quality is not the best
