غذا و نظافت هتل عالیه و واقعا خوش برخورد هستن ، اینکه سرویس رایگان حرم داره هم خیلی خوبه چون بعضی افراد که مسن تر هستن و نمیتونن ده دقیقه رو پیاده روی کنن تا حرم رایگان میرن حرم ، واقعا عالیه

محیط هتل و اتاق ها تمیز وخوب بود ولی پارکینگ فوق العاده کوچک و جای پارک محدود بود . تو مشخصات اتاق نوشته شده بود سوییت یک خوابه ولی منظورشان از یک خواب قسمتی از سوییت بود که با یک دیواره چوبی کوتاه جدا شده بود و شبیه دیوار یا اتاق نبود . برخورد کارکنان خوب ولی کیفیت غذاها متوسط و متاسفانه داخل اتاق ها چایی ساز نبود و خود هتل هم آبجوش نمیداد و این یک ایراد بزرگ بود که بنده و خانواده که سه روز مهمان هتل بودیم برای گرفتن آبجوش مجبور بودیم به اطراف هتل سر بزنیم تا آبجوش تهیه کنیم . در کل دفعه بعد این هتل رو برای اقامت انتخاب نمیکنم و اونو به کسی توصیه نمیکنم چون هتل سه ستاره بود ولی امکانات و کیفیت غذا در حد یک زائرسرا بود .
