Just arrived yesterday. The blinder was falling when we entered the room. Call the front desk, the staff was very nice and came immediately but couldn’t fix it, so they moved us to another room with exact same type. The corner bedroom is so much smaller than we expected, we can’t even open a suitcase without risking stumbling into it during the night. It is also very outdated and not well maintained/cleaned (dusty room, broken/dirty walls, and dirty bathroom with mold). When we tried to turn on the humidifier, the water tank was empty and we had to refill it ourselves. I don’t understand how this hotel gets such hight rating. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel and we are definitely not coming back…

Good location, nice staff, but seriously need to improve their hygiene standards. Found a pair of USED contact lenses in the bathroom, reported to the front desk, but only came back at the end of the day and found they still hadn’t cleaned it. Also the basin is clogged with hair. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately, our 4 night stay at Park Hotel was lack lustre. Being our first time in Tokyo, we based many of our hotel choices on reviews and I am not sure how this property is considered a 4 star hotel. This is 2.5 star at best. The service is fine enough and the staff are welcoming, however the most important part of the stay (our room) was horrific. We were initially given a room that had a musty smoky smell. Upon complaining, we were moved to another room which did not present the same order but was just so dirty. I’ve attached photos below. The only redeeming aspect was the view. The hotel is extremely outdated, old furniture in rooms from the 1990s, old curtains, old washroom fixtures, etc. This should not be rated a 4 star. There are some bathroom amenities provided but no lounge wear like other hotel properties in Japan. Would not stay here again unfortunately; this was by far the most disappointing hotel of our trip and was not good value for what we paid.

It’s a 4 stars hotel but honestly it felt like a 5 stars! The lobby is beautiful with big windows for a stunning view of the city. There’s always staff to assist you in the reception and the phone service is quickly and efficient! I got everything I needed when I called the reception in a matter of less than 5 minutes!! The staff is very polite and special mention to Giulia and the reservation team that has helped me with a little confusion with my booking and Pablo that’s very kind even though I was stressed and ashamed to say but also rude to him but he’s super professional. The room is spacious and because all rooms are located above the 25th floor you get a great view of the city and I recommend to pay a bit more for the room facing the Tokyo tower! Can’t describe how pleasant to have the city view from your room. There’s a chair and table next to the big window and also a place to sit in the window itself. Cleaning was always done properly as refilling all the amenities! In my opinion, the only thing that differs this hotel from a 5 stars is the mini bar that has only water and the bathroom is not luxurious but I still think you get a lot by what you pay and I’d like to stay there next time I’m in Tokyo for sure! The hotel is located near many train lines so you can easily move around. Also you can go to the B2 floor from the hotel’s elevator and go to those stations from the subway floor. There’s many taxis passing by the hotel entrance as well. There’s a convenience store in the building so you can easily buy anything you need anytime without having to go out of your way. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a corner King with views of Tokyo Tower on the 32nd floor. It was amazing watching Tokyo light up at night and then wake up in the morning and be greeted by Mount Fuji! The Japanese breakfast was excellent- I wouldn’t recommend the American breakfast though ☹️. I liked the hotel lobby and all the art work on every level. The staff were excellent and helpful. Ideally situated close to Shimbashi station.

Very average hotel with minimal services. Rooms are very small and run down. Tower view rooms are directly above the shiodome station and you constantly hear trains. In room coffee is like a US motel including the powdered "cream." If you have large bags it's a struggle. Location is ok but not great. Though you can walk to tsukiji outer market. Wouldn't return.

Park Hotel was perfection!! Easy to find, great view (hotel starts on the 25th floor), great coffee/water for free daily, little cafe for breakfast and/or drinks, and location!!!!! We walked everywhere!! It’s was so convenient! We even walked to a local gym that offered day pass use! Rooms were a little shabby (could use some TLC) but overall were relatively clean (cosmetic issues more so than grunge) and east to keep cool (essential given heat temps were 100 degrees during our stay). Place was quiet and overall a really nice hotel. We would absolutely stay there again if we ever return to Tokyo!!

Very pleased with my stay here. Stayed for 2 weeks and the rate was more than agreeable, the staff was exceptional, and the hotel has amazing views and a great location. The only thing I wish they had is a hot tub or swimming pool! Rooms are furnished nicely and have blackout curtains, the lobby is spacious and very artistic, and the restaurants have great food and service.

5 star service from the helpful staff at Park Hotel. Warm welcoming attitude. I had difficulty with Japanese and the staff readily helped with English translation. Thank you @Ieva and colleagues at front desk. Great view from the room of tokyo Bay and tokyo Tower depending on your facing. Room and bed impeccable. Special bonus view of Mt Fuji on a clear morning !

So my wife booked this hotel and I had no idea about the beautiful view. I was so impressed by the views I forgot to get pictures of the actual room. The hotel is beautiful and the service was amazing. There is a fish market within walking distance of the hotel and I recommend going there and eating some fresh seafood. There is also a shrine near there that is worth checking out if you are just out walking around. I would definitely stay here again. You can see Mt Fuji if the weather is clear.

The reception is impressive and the views of Tokyo are awesome. Clean and high quality amenities. Room was small but well-designed so did not feel constrained. Daily water in metal bottles was a big plus.

For the price, this hotel is superb. Location is great, close to numerous transport options (once you get your head around how to access them all), great staff and service and rooms are perfectly fine. I would suggest paying just a little more as you will have a stunning view over the Tokyo skyline and also the Tokyo tower. There is no bar but free tea and coffee and a automatic beer pouring machine which was fun. Overall would highly recommend. If you are reading this and money is no object, my good friend stayed at the Aman hotel. It’s sublime but you need very deep pockets.

Despite the overall greatness of Park Hotel Tokyo and its staff, my experience took a somber turn when our AirPods were stolen after room cleaning, a situation later compounded by similar complaints on Google Reviews. After that, we talked with the Reception staff. To our surprise, they called us back and told us that the AirPods have been found and they would bring them back to our room. While the recovery was a relief, the lack of acknowledgment or apology for the theft saddened our stay with the already bad experience. For future guests, I recommend utilizing in-room safes to protect valuables and, unfortunately, mitigate potential disappointments."

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed in the artist rooms twice and would highly recommend them. Make sure to get a room with a view of the Tokyo Tower. I’ve also been able to see Fuji from my room on a clear day! As a guest on the artist level you also have access to the complimentary pastries and coffee in the gallery to the right of the elevators. The receptionists are great as well and can help you make reservations to fancy restaurants that require Japanese speakers and/or will only take reservations from upscale concierge services. PS- there’s a fantastic bakery on the bottom floor, as well as 7-11.

We booked this hotel bc of a wedding we attended. After looking at a few photos of the rooms on Google - we definitely stayed in THE most BASIC of rooms. Ha! There was hardly any art on the walls, and the view was a close up of the surrounding building. The rooms are a good size (for Tokyo), in our room there was a nice little seating bench against the window - which was a nice design add and the rooms were clean. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The two restaurants in the hotel also have great staff and good food as well. The lobby area is super spacious and has a great view of the city, Tokyo Tower, and on clear days you can see Mt Fuji. As for the location, there are sky walkways that connect to the train station. Also easily walkable to Ginza.

Overall premises are grand with a great view, rooms are a bit dated - good value for money and conveniently located to Ginza and local train and underground stations. Breakfast was also tasty, served by excellent staff. Would visit again.

Great views of Tokyo from the 25th floor lobby and in the rooms even higher up, lots of art in the hotel, well kept clean accommodation, helpful staff with most being able to speak English, good amenities in room. It was a smaller room than any American hotel, but generally the size we expected. Two sets of coin laundry (washer/dryer) available. Quiet location, pretty close to multiple train/subway stops. 10/10 would recommend, especially the Tower View rooms.

Is it worth returning? The employees are polite, courteous, but .... the rooms are disgustingly cleaned, 4 stars, but dirty like in an Indian hostel, second, I checked in early, agreed to give another room until mine is free, for 3 hours 32,000 yen. I understand that the hotel is yours and your rules, but in all my travels, this is unusual and looks like ordinary petty money. The next and most amusing thing was that I paid for the room, they didn’t issue any receipts, when asked to issue them, they said that they would do it during my departure and assured that there would be no problems and there was no need to pay extra. But during the check-out, they asked to pay more than 2,000 yen. When asked if I paid the full amount, they said that the employee made a mistake and miscalculated. And of course, I could not confirm in any way that I had paid the entire amount, the check was prudently not given to me. Extremely disrespectful to their customers and certainly do not recommend this hotel. If only for hygienic reasons, living in dirty rooms is disgusting. If you still stop by, do not be too lazy to look under the bed, you can find chips and a bottle of juice. The only plus...is the view from the hotel.

I truly enjoyed my stay here, and I recommend their artist rooms! Each room is unique, and the artworks have a theme in common: “Beauty of Japan.” The views from the 31st floor are great too! And I also enjoyed the other exhibitions, and I am glad check-out was at 12, so I had enough time to check them out. I ordered room service for dinner, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also delicious! I can’t wait to stay here again, maybe in another artist room next time.

Thank you for making my family trip more memorable! It was a great stay overall. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Giulia for helping tremendously to communicate in Japanese to find my lost item. Thanks to your help, I successfully collected my item at the airport. Grazie mile!

Well situated near the station, friendly staff . Small restaurant with limited menu but good for a first night . Great concierge who organised restaurants each night for use. The only downside is the train noise which is quite intrusive in the early morning from about 5.30

Outstanding is the only way to describe our stay! Great staff, very understand with our mishaps before we got to the hotel, very good location, room size was adequate for Tokyo standards ..but very clean with an awesome view. Rates were very reasonable for Tokyo. Would recommend it in a heartbeat! Stayed 2 nights..originally scheduled for four.

Nice modern hotel on the top floors of an office building. Decent size rooms with amazing views over Tokyo. We got the Tokyo tower view rooms which were incredible, particularly at night! The hotel is close to a train station, some great restaurants and within walking distance of a busy shopping district! We found it to be great value for money!

A unique experience of staying at a hotel that had art exhibits in the corridors and the lobby. Stayed in a single artist room and loved the art on the walls. Everyone was friendly and it was about a 5-10 minute walk to different subway stations. Overall a great stay! ♥️

I booked a double bed room in 32th floor with the tower view. It was real nice room with a big window. It was a clear day and I saw Tokyo tower and mt Fuji. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. However, the WIFI somehow had some issues and the internet was really unstable. Other than that, everything else was great.

I stayed at the hotel for quite a long time and felt supported by the staff in so many ways. Concierge, restaurant, room amenities and cleaning - the staff made the visit so pleasant and manageable given that I had to work while on the trip. Secondly the place itself is beautiful, the view from my room was gorgeous, and the artistic surroundings and quality throughout the hotel made returning to the hotel each day like another tourist attraction. Finally, the room was comfortable, roomy by Tokyo standards, and manageable for my generally large stature. Thank you for the care, comfort and beauty.

Amazing hotel - delightful room (we were a family of 3, including our 15 year old daughter), pyjamas provided, amazing products in the bathroom, plush furniture, immaculately clean. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend. One tiny word of warning - it is the highest building around and hotel starts on 25th floor. We loved it but not for anyone wobbly about heights!!

  • 5/5 Nina M. 9 months ago on Google
Absolutely loved this hotel. The location was fantastic, really close to the subway station (bit tricky to navigate at first but once you figure it out it was super convenient). The views from the lobby were beautiful, we even got a glimpse of Mt Fuji on a clear day. The staff were really helpful. We had an issue with our luggage from Yamato luggage transportation service and they helped us to sort it out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would love to stay here again one day.

Pretty nice. It's simple with a good view of Tokyo towers in their rooms. A bit small but it is nice. A little annoying that you have to go to the lobby floor first then go to your room again. It's not on the ground floor.

  • 5/5 Holly D. 6 months ago on Google
Lovely hotel with a great view! Loved sitting in the lobby in the evening and watching the view. Perfect location as you are right outside the metro and small walk to Ginza (popular area). Would definitely stay again. Only small feedback is that the bed pillows were not that comfy.

English speaking staff, complimentary drinks (even alcoholic option if you fill out their survey), view of Tokyo tower and Mt Fuji from the lobby, spacious rooms, fantastic service, and overall amazing hotel. We’ll worth the price. Felt more like a 5 star hotel than 4. Very easy getting to multiple train lines without even stepping outside

My partner and I stayed here for three nights in January 2020 on the 31st floor which is the "artist floor." The rooms are. Somewhat small but very clean and well appointed. We stayed in the Mt Fuji room which was beautifully painted with so many cute touches plus a fabulous view. The art is the lobby and other spaces really made it a fun place to stay. My partner is celiac and we were pleased that all of the dishes at breakfast were marked for various allergens in a very clear manner and in several languages. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a cute hotel in a great location for any train in Tokyo - recommend getting an artist room for something unique to Japan. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, they felt bad the room wasn’t ready by checking and gave us a drink token to bide our time. Room itself had a great view and fun art. It’s small but everything in Tokyo is - ditto for the bathroom. However they had fantastic amenities provided in addition to the artistic experience.

We absolutely loved our time at the Park Hotel Tokyo. Coming back to a clean room every night was wonderful. The staff are kind and considerate and will help you with anything you need. The hotel is in a very convenient location next to two train stations and lots of good places to eat. The water pressure in the room was very good as well. On top of all of this the view was outstanding! We will be back!

We LOVE this hotel. We got an art room with the tower view and oh my god. Waking up and seeing the city and tower and mountain in the morning is amazing! Plus our room was gorgeous and had a great bed and plenty of space. Staff was great, room service ordering was convenient, the whole hotel is spotless. I can’t say enough good things about it. I hope we get to stay here again someday!

Really lovely stay! Amazing views in all the rooms. Do be aware if you’re staying in a room with 2 singles that they’re very close together. The hotel was very accommodating for vegetarians. Very accessible for public transport and lots of things nearby. Reception were always willing to help us worth anything we needed.

This was our second visit to the Park Hotel, the staff were all extremely polite and attentive. After an overnight flight from Europe we were allowed to check in by 10am instead of the normal mid afternoon check in time. Rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable and the quality and choice of food and drink available in the restaurant is excellent. Add to that the great location of the hotel with its excellent connections to public transport in Tokyo its the ideal base to explore this fantastic city

Staff is extremely kind, they clean my room daily, and everyone is so nice. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s in a good location by Ginza as well! The food is really good in the restaurant - make sure to make a reservation for high tea. They have an incredible tea list and beautiful spread. The hotel lobby has an extremely great scent and is very spacious. The staff surprised me and took all of my bags to the taxi and arranged the taxi for me to leave on time. They are seriously so sweet!! Thank you Park Hotel Tokyo for the amazing stay 🇯🇵🇯🇵

Very nice place to stay in Tokyo the room prices are not that expensive .They have a nice view of Tokyo tower ,the rooms are very clean. The staffs are nice, they all speak English so very easy for non Japanese speakers. Its easy to get around from here,by foot you can go to the popular tsukiji fish market,or go to nice izakayas in Shinbashi or have a nice fancy Dinner around Ginza. Shinbashi train station is 5mins by foot so its easy to get around by train too.

Room is bigger than most other rooms in Tokyo given that this is an older hotel. Decor is very beige and a little dated. L’occitane amenities were great and complimentary water bottles with each night of stay. Humidifier was not used as it was loud. Could not use gym because we did not book an executive room.

Fantastic service and location, Park Hotel Tokyo is a wonderful place to stay!! Convenient access to metro stations and a Family Mart easily accessible on the basement floor. Each staff member we came across was so courteous, ready to assist, and able to communicate with us in English. We had questions about local activities and transport to the airport and the staff was very helpful and communicative with sharing solutions with us. The complimentary beverage station in the lobby was a great bonus we looked forward to at the start and end of each of our days exploring Tokyo.
