Great view but 3000 yen or 22€ for a beer. For my point of view is too expensive for what is it. Tourist traps better too avoid. So many better place in Tokyo

I found the staff to be pretentious and the atmosphere uptight. The prices are very expensive for items like a BLT sandwich. But the view was lovely. And the seating casual and comfortable with bench seating and pillows. I was staying in the hotel for 8 nights and one evening decided to go to the 39th floor and check out the bar. I was hoping to have a drink and a lite snack. I had to pay a cover charge just to sit in the bar area. There wasn't any live music. The 1 overpriced suntory whiskey I drank and the cover charged cost 3672 yens. I was trying to find something decent to eat from their bar menu. When I wasn't fast enough the waiter took the ipad from me and told me to eat these free rice crackers. While the view is lovely, I was staying on the 35th floor so not much different than what I see out my window every day. The waiter was rude and made me feel uncomfortable so I quickly finished my drink and left. I can't comment on the quality of food because I left and ate elsewhere.

Amazing view to die for ... Atmosphere, city lights perfect spot, cocktails, service of all the wonderful and attentive staff is superb. After dining in their restaurant, adjacent to the lounge, having a place to relax is simply marvelous. Every penny spend here is all worth it. Love the place

I will say the food was quite good. Besides the rockfish, which was as hard as a rock. But even if 9/10 dishes were great, the service was terrible and at times out right rude. An unfortunate experience. Go to the restaurant one floor down instead.

Great night views and a good selection of cocktails and food items. The service could be improved. Waiters seem a bit aloof and could be more customer focused.

The views are amazing, the food is made to perfection. It's not a particular cuisine, just modern. Quite expensive, but recommended if you want a good dinner with a group of friends or colleagues.

Went there for a new year party so can’t say too much about the food but the place is spectacular. Renovated recently it would seem, I really like the decoration. Huge high ceilings and as-good-as-it-gets view from above of downtown Tokyo, especially at night. They made an effort to make it fancy so expect about 10,000¥/person or a bit more. Very close to Shinagawa station so super easy to get to as well.

Shinagawa is so far away from everything that this might be the coolest bar of the entire neighborhood. Although I am staying at prince hotel they can not make a reservation.

My favorite restaurant of all time. View was mesmerizing. Staff were on par at all times. Food was scrumptious. Atmosphere was romantic on every level. They full filled every request and checked my allergies. I'm in love with it. I wish I could go every month. Haha

Views are fantastic... prices are just as high. If you are looking for an amazing space to see the Tokyo Tower and enjoy some cocktails, this is your place. Just prepare to pay for it!

If you want to enjoy Tokyo night view, this is great place to visit. Prices are very affordable for the location. It is 20 min away from Haneda by train.

We ordered afternoon tea for 12:30. It has a cool big window with a nice view which makes it fun to eat. Otherwise the others are alright. Overall quite enjoyable.
