So impressed, I stayed here on my 4 day visit to Paris not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a wonderful location right next to the chatalet station so you would expect some noise but there was none at all. Not only was the location great but so was the breakfast buffet with amazing muffins, crepes and pastries. The rooms are pretty basic but that’s all you really need for a city break, the only downside I found was the cleaning standards were not as good as they could have been big either way a very good hotel.

Great hotel with a few small caveats. The hotel is located in the heart of Paris and offers comfortable and spacious rooms. To ensure a quiet experience, we requested a room facing the inner garden. Some items left by previous guests were found in the room, and the sheets had some stains. In general, these indicate that the hotel is not very clean. Additionally, our reservation was for a King size bed (160cm), but we got a double bed (140cm).

When you get older, the most important things you look for in a hotel are the mattress quality and the strength of the AC. The mattress here is excellent and the AC is strong. The staff are very attentive and those we’ve interacted with have perfect English. The room is spacious enough for two adults and two children. The continental breakfast is quite good and I especially loved the juice bar (fresh produce with a cold press juicer) where you can create your own healthy concoctions. Worth every euro!

We absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Les Halles. The people were wonderful and the hotel is spacious, beautiful (lovely garden courtyard) and perfectly located - literally across from Chalet Les Halles Metro. Around us we found a TON of restaurants, bars and shopping. We were there for Bastille Day and enjoyed Seine riverbank fireworks walking distance from hotel. I also need to add that the Breakfast buffet was delicious and the rooms bigger than most Paris hotels!

Novotel was an amazing stay! They took care of each of our needs and we’re so kind! The room was beautiful. Also, the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. We were so happy staying here and hope to again.

We felt in love with the Hotel and the location. The treat and attention to details by the staff was excellent.Rooms were clean and neat !!!!! ( We want to give an extra kudos to Karl , he went above and beyond explaining the places to eat near the hotel and direction to sight seeing. Cristina for the excellent service provide in the restaurant. The security guy ( I apologized for not remember the name) that explained to me the metro and how to move around and what line to take for Disneyland. Paulo the guy that speaks 7 languages that we met the last day We are from Puerto Rico and communication was NOT an issue , because all these people were fluent in Spanish !!! We will recommend the hotel to friends and family!!!

The location is good but the rooms are very simple, we got a room on a low floor without a balcony and with a rear view for the homeless, very noisy. We paid a fortune! Really sucks, we came for a couple vacation and there was nothing romantic in the room. Hotel for families only. We will not return

Overall our experience was good. We knew the hotel was well located and the buffet breakfast good which were both true. If you want water (gratis) , slippers or towelling robes and softer pillows you will need to contact reception. Staff were very polite and helpful

Overall a pleasant experience. It is centrally located and few steps away from the train station and cafes/restaurants. It is also a very safe and lively area with a walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They allowed us to check in early and helped us with luggage transfers. There is drinking water facility available in the gym at the entrance and allow free refills. The igloo setup was not in place during our stay in late September as they would mostly set it up during the winter months. Would surely recommend this place especially if it is your first time in Paris.

Great location to public transportation and cafe's. We were there during the blazing hot early September days and the air conditioning seemed challenged. We stayed here at the beginning or our trip and again on the last day of our 2 weeks, so we had two different rooms to compare. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms both had soap/shampoo trays in the shower that were tilting so badly that my shampoo and soaps kept falling to the ground. One bathroom had hooks where I could hang my make up bag, while the second room did not have any hooks. The selection at breakfast was very good. Happy Hour was also very good. The bar was also nice to fill our water bottle before we went out sightseeing. The front reception staff was exceptional. Location is right at the Les Halles metro. If you're doing Uber/Taxi pick up and drop off right at the hotel is impossible; meet them at Carpe Diem Cafe a few steps from the front door.

Such a wonderful hotel! we booked an executive queen room really very nice, and incredibly clean, and believe me I am very fussy in this regard. also the bathroom was perfect, a very big shower with Molton Brown products. the breakfast was great, my baby, who is picky, found it fantastic. and what about the staff? Fantastic, so kind and supportive. Djamal the top, so kind and helpful , and the same was the receptionist who checked us out , of which, I apologize, I do not remember the name. trust me really gorgeous! also the surrounding area is incredibile , full of pub , place for dinner and happy hours and shops and less than 10 minutes walk from The Louvre

Perfect location. The room is minimal and bit run down but has all the amenities we need. We requested for an iron and bedroom slippers which were quickly provided by housekeeping. Hubby slipped on the first day in the shower as the floor can get very slippery. We had to request for anti-slip mat also. Other than that the room was huge and hotel was perfectly located with a elevator right in front down to metro/RER station exit 1. Buses are convenient and everything in walking distance. Will stay again if we are in Paris.

+ Efficient check in. + Good sized room. + Good shower. + Free drink from signing up to Accor. + Nice bar area + Polite, friendly staff + Great location. + Free late checkout + Comfortable bed. o Breakfast selection reasonable but nothing special for a 4* - Room could do with refresh: marks on carpet and wall, scratches on curtain, marks on seat by wardrobe, USB sockets not working. BBC 1 on TV not working (satellite channel needs update). - Sofa bed slightly broken and uncomfortable to sit on as a sofa. We considered the issues to be minor, not worth raising during our stay, overall had a good stay and would return to this hotel. Would however suggest that sofa bed in room 338 is looked at before next guests stay (it's probably fine as a bed but not as a sofa).

We had a most enjoyable stay. The hotel is at a great location, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was a bit tight, which is to be expected for Paris, but well-appointed and very quiet. The cleaning crew did an excellent job everyday. Everyone at the front desk was super efficient and friendly. On the day of our departure, we ran into a problem with our Uber ride. The young lady at the front desk calmly solved our problem, allowing us to get to the airport on time. I would definitely recommend Novotel Les Halles to friends, and would return the next time we’re in Paris.

Accor hotels supports the Russian invasion of Ukraine by not closing its hotels in Russia. It's the only International brand to keep their hotels open! By staying here you are supporting the war!

Second time visiting this Novotel since March 2013, definitely filled with nostalgia. We arrived around 7:30AM hoping for an early check-in (no expectations), the front desk staff Mahmoud was very friendly and understanding. Despite not having the room ready right away, he promised to give us the first available room after guest check-out. Breakfast buffet is included in the stay, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The pastries. Especially the croissant were so soft and crispy on the outside. Fresh fruits and even juicy maker! Another reason choosing the Novotel is it’s perfect location off B train line, a direct line from CDG airport, very easy and convenient. The hotel room is very small, just like any other hotels in Paris. It has all the essentials travelers need and sound blocking was decent as well.

We came with our family of 4 for a spring break trip in Paris. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. We had a nice experience with Remy immediately who stored our luggage and gave us suggestions on restaurants and stores. The location is excellent near a large metro station and shops/restaurants. Walking distance to Louvre/Seine. Room modern and clean. On early am departure they packed us a generous breakfast to go and helped arrange taxi pick up. We had the room rate with breakfast included. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip.

Finding a decent, centrally located & clean hotel on budget in Paris is nearly impossible. I love this one. Shopping, restaurants, bars and public transport, all nearby. Rooms are spacious and the overall condition and service are good too.

Excellent location if you are going interstate by train / airplane. Chatelet is literally the center of the train map. As a tourist, i have no problems navigating this station. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hotel rooms, staff, reception were all wonderful. I stayed for a week at a suite and was even able to have my checkout late at 5pm. The entire process was just wonderful and stress free. 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷 If i had to pick an area of improvement, to make it perfect, please update television to allow mirror casting from phone 🙏🙏

Perfect location, next to station and plenty of restaurants. Good Night Life, lively Hotel rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Breakfast spread is really good with Live Omelette counter. Also when stafff came to know that it is my birthday, they decorated room well and gave some nice drink and chocolates

This hotel is located right next to the metro and a huge shopping mall with most tourist areas within walking distance. Its lobby is beautifully decorated because of Christmas and New Year. The staff at the concierge are very helpful, the check in staff are humorous, effective and volunteered lots of suggestions and help. The restaurant staff were very helpful too. Would recommend this hotel to first time visitors to Paris. The rooms are reasonably large. The shower was very welcoming and works very well here especially in winter. Some areas that I would hope to see improved. The room is devoid of amenities. While I understand the need to be sustainable which is an area I am also very passionate about, having no kettle to have warm water can be uncomfortable in winter. The warm water from the coffee maker just cannot cut it. I brought along my own tooth brush, tooth paste, comb and shaver so it was not an issue. For visitors who do not and are not aware, they could be caught. It would be hilarious if they appeared at their business meetings unshaven, with hair not combed and without brushing their teeth. 🤪 Overall, looking beyond these, I find the overall experience very good. Will recommend to my friends.

Good hotel in excellent location with very very easy access to Metro. Overall service was good except for Breakfast.. we stayed for 3 days and we had the same breakfast options everyday and the service during breakfast wasn't great. However there are lots of options just outside. Anyway a giving higher rating due to its location and ease of access.

Hotel is very modern and clean. Stayed with family, got two rooms with connecting door. Service from everyone is topnotch and great. Location is great next to the mall and transit hub, plenty of restaurants, bakeries, etc nearby. Things that can be improved upon: - There is no actual fridge in the room. There is a fridge but the contents are for sale, can't store anything there. It's a letdown for us who like to buy items from outside and store it in the fridge. - There are homeless people right next to the hotel, on the pathway between the hotel and the mall, it reeks of urine. - Price is kinda high, but maybe its due to the location

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the sights of Paris. Rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. The highlight for me though is the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful and made our stay a real pleasure.

Great location in Central Paris, excellent staff and service, great breakfast choice. My room (executive room) was well lit, very quiet and with stable Internet connection. Overall, an excellent stay

Incredible location, you can walk to the Louvre or within steps of the subway station. The rooms have a good size and the hotel provides breakfast which is very convenient. We spent 3 days and really walked everywhere. That is a key recommendation, Paris is best enjoyed from the streets so plan to walk, rent a bike or a scooter. The hotel also has very active nightlife within walking distance.

Novotel Hotel in the heart of Paris did not disappoint... The rooms were so beautiful with diversity in their staff, some of the friendliest can be found in the reception. The hotel is secured as individuals cannot access the elevators without their card keys. And let's not forget about the incredible selection of food available for breakfast. Such beautiful artworks can be found everywhere in the hotel, from the reception, to the bar, the lobby and even in the rooms.😁 Five star all the way. Great work Novotel

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, location, price and rooms are lovely. Only small complaint would be the sofa bed wasn’t as comfortable as the actual bed. However the rest was excellent

Novotel Paris Les Halles is an excellent place to stay! It’s close to the Louvre, Seine River, and plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast onsite was 25 euros per adult which we didn’t feel was worth it, 15 euros is better priced for what you get. The hot food was slightly warm or cold, and scrambled eggs were very runny.

Fabulous stay for our family of 3 for a 24 hour whistle-stop visit to Paris. Hotel is incredibly well located for restaurants, shops, sightseeing and transport. Walking distance to the Louvre, along Rue Saint-Honore with so many lovely boulangeries nearby! Service was excellent and our 8 year old loved the afternoon cakes and treats. We were visiting for a special birthday and we had balloons and extra treats delivered to the room which was a lovely touch.

Not a super fancy hotel but at a very good location. Just at several metro station and Rer. You can go anywhere from here quickly. The breakfast is nice but very busy. The family room is not so large but you can fit in.

This was an amazing hotel and a great location. The Metro station was just outside the hotel front door, so very easy to get around. The room was much larger than I was expecting and great for our family of 3. Everything was very updated and service was impeccable. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Let’s see: I arrived around 11AM at the location after an over 10hrs flight, to be told my room was not ready. Which I completely understand. Return around 1:40PM to meet a coworker which guess what arrived at 1:40PM and GOT A ROOM. How is this possible? Who is planning these rooms and how? Incredible experience…

I have no idea how this is a 4-star hotel because the service and the environment did not match my expectations as a 4-star hotel. Some staffs were super nice but most of them seemed to be very unwelcoming. Our room was very very small and the bathroom is small too. Our room had a stinky smell too which made the whole experience terrible that we came back to a stinky home every day during our stay. The customer who previously lived in our room left some food in the fridge and the housekeeping did not clean it and the smell of food waste is all over the fridge. We asked the front-desk and a staff came in and solved the problem, but same problem was that the staff was rude so it made us really upset. The food from their restaurant was horrible too. Giving them a 2 star review just for those few staffs who were nice and professional, previous moments and highly appreciated them. Will not come back to this hotel ever again. ————— Guest relation manager contacted us and expressed apologies and promised for future improvements on the addressed issues. Really happy to see them showing care for their customers.

We were late getting into our room but were treated to drinks at the bar and honestly, staff so caring and pleasant we did not mind. Loved Djamal! Gosh he is so upbeat and caring!! Also held our bags for us and one of guys at concierge gave us a list of restos to check out. The room was large and spacious, very well equipped. This hotel in a fantastic location and is so close to everything. Felt at home 100%!

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was warm and welcoming, definitely staying here my next time in Paris. There is a wonderful bakery right in front of the hotel and lovely restaurants all just 3-4 minutes walking distance. Also short cab ride to Luve and Eiffel Tower. Also we walked to a very large mall very close to the Novotel.

We planned a family vacation two years ago, a special birthday for my mom with the kids and the grandkids. We booked and paid for 4 rooms at the the Novotel Les Halles, but unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, the vacation was delayed over and over again. Finally, two years later, we were finally able to make our plan come true. The hotel did not ask for another single euro besides what we paid two years ago! What an amazing service! We are all a family of travelers, but we never ran into such a place that respects it's costumers like this! So besides that this hotel is really perfect! Right in the heart of Paris, on a metro station and a huge mall, bars, restaurants... rooms were very clean and nice and we got a very big room which was very helpful with our energetic kids and the view was nice as well. Breakfast had a good variety of food and on top of everything- the service! From each and every person of the staff. So if you are looking for the best place to stay at in Paris, this is your place! Thank you Novotel, for a perfect experience!

From booking to late checkout, the entire trip was in a different class. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The concierge was very helpful! Lovely clean and well-appointed room. The bed is the best we have ever slept in. Really enjoyed breakfast time and the friendly atmosphere. Thank you for making our stay very special.

Very nice hotel! I'm staying here with my family and the hotel is nice. Has a good breakfast options, nice people working and very peaceful place. The reason of 4 star instead of 5 is the gym. I like gyms and this one is really simple with few stuffs inside. Could be better for a hotel like this. But the other things are perfect!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, and the room was most comfortable. The facility is spotless, and the location is perfect for tourists. The metro station is feet from the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay at Novotel at Les Halles again.

The hotel is very near the westfield mall & just a short walking distance to Louvre which is why we booked it. My aunties & I are very much thankful to the hotel staff, Jean Marc, for being so generous with his time & effort. He kindly took the initiative to monitor our uber booking & spoke to them as we dont speak French. And he was patient enough w/ us. Kudos to him.

Good hotel, but the air conditioning didn't allow me to reduce the temperature. I couldn't open the window (so where did the mosquito come from?!). And seriously ... 5.50 euros for a water from the mini bar when the room cost 490 euros/night

Overall, it's a great hotel and perfect location with bunch of shops and restaurants. We Cantine (restaurant) was a fantastic place to eat which we visited 4 times on our 10 day stay. There's free ice cream from 4-6 pm. The staff was nice and our room was cleaned nicely each day with fresh towels. The train station was just underneath the hotel. There is a grocery store (G20) around the corner for water and snacks quickly. I would definitely come back and stay at the same hotel. Worth any concerns you may have. Lastly, I see others are complaining about the AC. Room 452 was perfectly cold. My daughters had 436 and it was ok.

While location and value are often cited as the properties best assets, customer service was equally impressive: reception, dining, and housekeeping. This property would be well-suited to guests unfamiliar with the city or the language as both the aesthetics and the staff create a very welcoming and intercontinental atmosphere. Mr. Mahmoud Tabaja went out of his way to make our 6 night stay very special.

Hotel ist clean and does not look to old. Rooms are clean although they have carpets in the rooms which is very unhygienical and you have to keep shoes on all the time. Breakfast has limited choice and cook at the Omelette bar does not understand what you want if you so not speak French. Service and staff was very kind and helpful and competent!

Item left in room was taken and no satisfactory response to our initial email, then our subsequent emails remain unanswered. Very poor for a reputable brand like Novotel. Edit 1 Nov 2023: Novotel offered to reimburse the cost of the taken item. We declined their offer as they made it subject to removal of our review. It seems they only care about managing removal of bad reviews, rather than focusing on resolving their customer service issues. Bad form, it could have been fixed to everyone's satisfaction.

I would recommend and stay here again due to the superb location (close to shopping, metro, restaurants and tourist attractions), clean modern rooms and friendly staff. We had 2 rooms and 1 room was not available until 5pm which meant we wasted valuable holiday time waiting to check in which was annoying at first however, the positives of this great hotel soon outweighed our initial frustration. I think the room delay was to enable us to have the 2 rooms on the same floor to keep the family together which was appreciated.

First time in this hotel and it was a great surprise! You couldn't be more central to the city, with plenty of restaurants all around. All the most beautiful places in Paris are within walking distance and for the rest the metro is right in front of the hotel. All the staff was great, they had even made a little decoration in the room for our wedding anniversary! A big thank you to Fabrice for welcoming us at the "Santa's bar" and helping us find our way. We'll be back very soon!
