Recommend this Hotel. My stay was totally different from all the (older) bad reviews. Hotel seemed to have definitely got things together: clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, and the locations is excellent. The hotel and rooms are small, yes, but you find that everywhere in Paris. They made great efforts in dressing the room a bit old skool chique. Overal, very good value for money in my opinion. Recommend to also take a look at the reviews on booking

Absolutely loved this charming hotel. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile, and we're always more than willing to answer any of our questions about the city. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is exquisite, right in the heart of Paris. You can walk anywhere within minutes and the neighborhood is beautiful. I would recommend getting a room on the third floor. The views out of the window were well worth the climb. I will definitely stay here again.

There are pros and cons to this hotel. PROS The girls working on the reception are so lovely. The price is great for Paris which is famously expensive for even budget hotels. The location is great and central. The hotel has been recently renovated with quite cool paint colours and decorations (although the finish is a bit messy). The hotel receptionists were very helpful with letting us leave our baggage with them after checkout. Breakfast included which is good for saving some money in Paris - we were late to breakfast but the receptionists still let us go and have some food, which was appreciated. CONS Our hotel room was so, so, so small it honestly felt claustrophobic. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. There was approximately 30cm of floor space that wasn't the toilet or the shower. Showering was extremely unpleasant because it was so cramped. The room is covered in mirrors (presumably to make the room feel bigger) but it just means you can constantly see reflections of yourself which isn't very nice. The bathroom was also a bit dirty. The room was very hot at night. Because of this despite the good price I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Pay a bit more and have room to move around and use the bathroom without feeling boxed in.

The staff here makes this hotel and amazing stay. The beds are small, so be aware when booking that the reason for the star rating is the bed size offering. That being said, the entire staff was really kind. The cleaning crew is friendly, management and night staff is wonderful. I always dread booking a 2* hotel but honestly, it was like a 4* for me (only minis 1 because the bed size rating). They have half sized elevator to the usual small Parisienne elevators but it's enough to take your 1.5 pcs of luggage up at a time. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning to Paris and staying with you again! However, they don't respond to emails, so communication is lacking.

I booked this hotel online for a one night stay which was to happen tomorrow. Today, they called me and told me they had a problem with my card, I told them I am arriving late and would gladly pay for the room, the person hardly spoke English. I declined to send a photo of my credit card and I.D. to them. I have never stayed at the hotel, and replied I would send a bank transfer. They cancelled my booking. Okay so I decided to book again, and paid, through their website, they cancelled again despite my having told them I had paid for an airport transfer to and from their hotel (non refundable). My first time in Paris, and how extraordinarily rude they are astonishes me.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights and that was unfortunately 2 too much. Not only are the rooms smaller than indicated and not in accordance with the pictures, this hotel is contaminated with bedbugs. As it often happens here - as seen in many previous reviews, we were stung and bitten by bed bugs. We are now suffering from the effects of the stay for almost two weeks and unfortunately have to deal with a bacterial infection that is the result of the bites and the stay. Look for the next hotel if your health is important to you.

Hopefully you’re checking the most recent reviews because whatever problems this hotel may have had in the past have been fixed. Buckle up everyone, I stayed here for almost two weeks and will give you the full rundown: Location: fantastic. It’s right next to where macron works so there are police everywhere. Literally a guard stationed on the street corner outside. It is also long ish walking distance to the louvre, Arc de Triomphe, and sacré cœur. Some might find it a bit long but I love walking. There is also a metro station crawling distance if you’d rather use that. Cleanliness: super clean. No bugs. No smells. Just nice! My room had a fan and I could open the windows. It was great. They had someone cleaning the room every day late morning. Room size is pretty big for most hotels in the area! At least mine was. Staff. SUPER FRIENDLY. The manager might be one of the nicest people in France. Always has a friendly demeanor. There is a breakfast every morning that comes with a cost. Word of warning to anyone who is a bit bigger: there is an elevator but it is very small. When I arrived, I put my luggage inside, pressed “floor 3” and then walked the stairs and met the luggage there. The elevator works great! I’ve taken it many times! Just giving you the heads up! All in all, fantastic hotel. Loved my stay here and will absolutely look here first when I visit paris again

Very good hotel, with the most friendly staff! It has been recently renovated, so everything looks new and very well decorated. Be aware that most of the old reviews do no justice to what the Hotel looks nowadays. We stayed at a superior room that was a very decent size (even big when compared with most Parisian hotels), with a small fridge (I’ve heard that the double rooms can be quite small, so would suggest paying the difference and staying in the superior rooms). The bathroom was also a very good size and had a bathtub. They had a shampoo/shower gel as amenities. The room had a nice view of the street. The location was very good, very close to the subway, and walking distance to Champs-Elyse and Opera Garnier. The breakfast was nice as well. They offered bread (very good one by the way), pastries, a selection of jams and Nutella, cheese and ham, fruit salad, two kinds of juice and some cereals. They also had a coffee machine. The only negative point is the small elevator, but we were prepared and had packed accordingly. There are not many hotels in this area for the same price, and I think it was very good value for money. Overall, I had a very very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend the hotel and would also stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel petit saint honoré. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable and the breakfast delicious. The hotel is ideally located in the center of Paris, close to the monuments and shops. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to discover the city of light.

First of all, my friend and I booked a two double beds room. We didn’t get it, we got a one tiny double bed room with a bathtub opposite the bed and a tiny sink and toilet, not ideal for two friends. When we told the that wasn’t what we booked and that wouldn’t really work as we are friends. The told is there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast is super basic, no fruits, or vegan options. The staff is pretty rude, with awful attitude and customer service skills. I wouldn’t never stay here again and never recommend it to anyone.

Artistically decorated and clean room with excellent service. The front staff was cheerful, helpful and flexible with our late arrival time. Location is great with many close metro stops. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Under construction. Gross. Everything was broken. If I hadn't been so exhausted from my flight I would have walked out. They wouldn't allow us to keep the key to our room when we left and someone came into our room while we were gone...not to clean, no, just came in. I had such a weird feeling about this place that I arranged my things in such a way that I would know if they'd been moved, and they were. At this point, it doesn't appear that I've brought any bed bugs home, but I wouldn't be surprised.

We’ve been spending two nights at Saint Honore and we’ve been super happy. We had the superior room, which was more than affordable. For two nights we spent around 140€ and we didn’t expect as much. I mean, it still is a 2 star hotel. I really can’t relate to the bad comments below. The room was clean and so were our sheets. We e had a brand new washroom. The service was great, really friendly staff and the location - perfect! We could literally walk to EVERY sight. 25 min to Eiffel tour, 10 min to the Champs Elysees etc. We didn’t have to take the metro once during our stay - and that even though it was in winter. For that money it’s been excellent! Thank you!

Do not stay here, junk such as cupboards and paint blocking the hallways, couldn’t fit my bag over it. Bed bug bites all over my body after two nights. Towel from the shower was dirty covered in makeup from previous guest. Power outages in the room and the entire floor often. Shower had no pressure and was tiny. Toilet smelt disgusting. Hair from previous guests over the body wash.

I just stayed for one night. The staff was more than helpful. Very nice and polite. Our room was good, and the location is perfect to go and walk around all of the most iconic buildings. If I come back to Paris I will book again in Paris saint honore.

This Hotel has been absolutely amazing. Please do not trust older reviews, they clearly fixed what they had to. Great location just few minutes walk from les Champs Élisée, beautiful decor with an intimate homey feel. Clean rooms, and very kind staff. The staff went above and beyond for my birthday stay with them, it was a beautiful touch. Lots of options for breakfast, and really tasty. Would absolutely recommended and will be back.

This is a small but lovely hotel located in the heart of the city on a quiet street well within walking distance of the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Palais Garnier, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, and many many more attractions in the city, with cafes, bars, restaurants and the Metro all on your doorstep. My wife has reduced mobility which we let the hotel know about and we were given a room on the first floor, which was fine as my wife could manage to walk up the one set of stairs. There is a lift but it's small, you can just about fit one person and a suitcase or even a fold-up mobility scooter into the lift. To be fair the hotel does say on its website it is not suitable for people needing wheelchair access to the bedrooms. At the time we stayed, the two receptionists Nedjoua & Mariana were very very helpful and made us feel very very welcome from the minute we arrived to our departure and were happy to chat to us every time we passed through reception. Breakfast is available from 7 am to 10 am. We liked this little hotel and its really friendly staff, so we are planning to return again later this year. The bedroom we stayed in (120) was small but comfortable with a small en-suite bathroom, the shower cubicle is compact but perfectly usable. The TV had no remote control and was not tuned in correctly but I fixed this in just a few minutes and worked perfectly for the rest of our stay.

Room is small even for Paris standards and are deceiving in photos. The shower stall is in the bedroom, not inside a bathroom behind a door. Lead to the bedroom smelling like mold and having a lot of humidity. The toilet/sink area does have a door however you can barely close with the space provides for your legs. There is a small area to hang clothes but you cannot really use it because the bed blocks access. Good aspects include the front staff who are very welcoming and helpful, nice sitting area, the bed is comfortable and windows keep noise out well from street. Location is central however a bit sleepy compared to other areas of Paris.
