The hotel room is perfect and the breakfast is also good. They have good parking, especially for the guests.

Clean rooms, polite personals, near to historical places were positive points, only for break fast options are not more for kind of people.

We chose this hotel due to the good rating and nice pictures in their website, but were very disappointed. Our room was tiny, not enough space to walk or drop the luggage at the floor, with an even tinier bathroom. The room had a small window facing an internal wall, no natural light, smelled like cigarettes and was not nicely kept. The bathroom was constantly flooded as the shower water did not drain well and was also smelly due to lack of ventilation. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke good english, but they will rip you-off if they can. They first asked us for USD85, finally they offer "discounted price" for USD65, which is a rip off as it's possible to get much nicer places for USD 30-45 in Iran. Avoid if possible.

At first I didn't find a nice hotel because in the entrance was no elevator and had to carry my very heavy baggage to the 2nd floor. But the room was very clean and I took rest very well. Bathroom was very small but useful. Breakfast was good enough for 2 stars hotel. If you travel with car you need to call them in advance to take a place in the parking about 50 meters after the hotel in the other side of the street. it's the parking of a commercial building and it can be full.
