The hotel is at a great location. Awesome view, when you choose for the panorama room. Service in the hotel is good. The restaurant in the Mainport is good with a great service as well. A tip and check for the hotel is that they need to clean the rooms much better. But a great location and we had a good stay.

Can be recommended for a business trip, for a private stay or for two persons the room should definitely be larger. The room went to the back with a great view of the water (despite the dirty windows), so it was also quiet. It was clean but very small, not suitable to stay there for half a day (even more so for two people!). The bed was comfortable, the bedspread however too warm. The shower looks great and is spacious, unfortunately it is quite impossible to avoid that the floor of the bathroom is really wet afterwards. The breakfast buffet was rich with a great selection of fruit and delicious croissants. Yet the choice of cheese was small and you always had to line up for coffee. The staff was friendly, but at the reception you usually had to wait for some time. Hotel is located right by the subway and streetcar.

I can only recommend to carefully check the invoice during check-out and you credit card debits! They made a mistake, which can happen, but the whole communication regarding the payment afterwards was terrible! Phone calls at 10 PM in the night, unfriendly emails, my wish to receive a corrected invoice was ignored several times (I finally received it after writing several emails). I still have to check one debit on my credit card which was made by the hotel and which seems to be wrong to my opinion.

The tram and metro access is right on the doorstep of the hotel. Great location. Check-in was pretty slow, but the rest was seamless. The room was lovely and had a great view of the canal. For a Saturday night so close to transport, it was surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, view from room was nice, not sure I liked having a window into the bathroom so my partner could see me on the loo.. nice to see him in the shower though 😜 Only bad thing was lack of English tea bags 😒😂

This hotel probably been nice when it was new but as of today it is not maintained properly. The room and the hotel itself are dirty, including the pool area (I don’t think it ever cleaned and the water of the pool are far from been clear). In my room there was mold in the shower and also the water just stay there after a shower. There was dust and dirty in the room closet. The lobby is smells of fried fish from their restaurant most of the day hours. I stayed there 4 nights and was traveling during the day time, only ones they clean up the room (even though I personally asked for). The good things - the stuff in the reception was very nice and helpful. You can pay 7.5 euros and use the spa of Mainport hotel - which is very nice and clean. There is good translation near by.

You have to keep lots of cards and they keep expiring twice a day. The 'gym' is a small room with four machines but at least you can hit any muscle type. The beds are really comfy though, swimming pool/sauna is also good.

Check-in was very slow. Rooms feel cheap. Couldn't access roof terrace because of wedding up there. Spa was fully booked before we arrived. We booked room with breakfast but had to pay for breakfast when arriving. Wasn't very clean. Definitely overpriced.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay! The location is superb, right next to the metro lines D&E. My room has a stunning view of the river and the cruise ships. Delicious breakfast with lots of fresh bakery and fruit and veggies. To top it off, the staff are helpful and pleasant. A truly fantastic intro to the beautiful city of Rotterdam!

Hotel has no parking place but there is an underground parking near by hotel where you can park your car for 23€ for one day. Location of hotel is perfect, rooms are good but tv was really old. Stuff was friendly and the breakfast was also very good. You should not expect a lot from spa. It’s only a tiny sauna, cold swimming pool and almost cold Turkish steam bath.

Very nice hotel, lots of facilities. Location is superb and the staff friendly. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner as well as the wellness but besides that it was lovely. Absolutely quiet at night, we had a waterfront suite with amazing view.

From outside the hotel looks amazing, from prices I would have also expected a bit more but maybe I was just unlucky. I didn't manage to try all services like the pool or the terrace bar, the breakfast was with quite a good variety and quality. The room is nice, I have been unlucky to be on the road side on the second floor with the view on the bus stop while my colleagues shared amazing pictures of the seaside on Upper floors (for a lower price but at a cost of leaking shower). Personnel courtesy was good as well as cleaning. The metro station is just down the reception. Disappointing that rooftop bar became a conference area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a modern and stylish decor. The views from the rooms were also amazing, with sweeping vistas of the surrounding landscape. The hotel was also very quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. The breakfast offered in the mornings was excellent, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot breakfast dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they were always available to help with any questions or needs. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with great views and a delicious breakfast.

What a view from the room - Amazing hotel! Minus one star, because unfortunately some issues with the invoice and repeatedly asking for it to be send via email after it was said it would be send after i checked out during… but would definitely come back.

Been there on business, took a waterfront room, was on 3rd floor, the room is great and comfortable, the hospitality is kind and polite, there are vending machines and other services which i didn't had time to check, breakfast is good with plenty of items for food and drinks, located right next to the subway, so access is very good. There is also a bar in the hotel.

Pretty good location and within walking distance of most things. The tram has a stop, just outside the hotel. The pool was sadly closed, for both nights we were there, because of a to high chlorine value

The hotel was very nice, clean and well located, and the staff was very kind all the time (housekeeping and reception). However, I had some issues with the wellness area, the first night I could not get inside although it was 23:00 (it closed at 23:30), the next morning they informed me that the pool was closed due to the levels of chlorine, and I asked if the sauna was available, then they confirmed it was, and that I could also use the steam bath from the hotel next door. Then I called reception to see if it was possible to use the facilities after the check out, and they said yes, they would just give me a card. Now, when I went to check out, I asked again about using the facilities and they told me since I already checked out I could not do it because now I had no card, which made no sense since I was supposed to get another feed according to another staff member, I had to stand there, wiring for 10 minutes just for them to tell me that the pool was closed, I explained that they told me that the sauna was open, and they told me that it wasn’t but I could use the facilities in the other hotel but they would maybe charge me extra for it. Although the staff was very friendly all the time, I think was completely unnecessary all that waiting and miscommunication, this made my stay partially unpleasant since I booked this hotel because it had sauna and a swimming pool.

Beautiful rooms! The view of the water is very beautiful! The swimming pool is spacious enough, but the water is cold... From the hotel it is about a 10/15 minute walk to the center. When you check out you can leave your suitcases guarded. Definitely recommended if you are in Rotterdam!

My blind father with brain injury stayed at this hotel for a week, the staff were very helpful and kind to him, especially the fellow filipina woman named Daphne (thank you very much!). A good and safe hotel with friendly staff!

Very nice hotel for the price. Very clean but not the quietest would be my only negative. My second time staying here, the first time was part of a vacation. This time I just needed a place to stay in Rotterdam walkable and close to the bridge. This fit perfect. Last time I had a room with a great view of the river and bridge this time I opted for the less expensive city view and was surprised with a view of the Euromast that stuck up behind the building across the street.

The sauna was small , and the jacuzzi was just a bathtub with water jets. Other than that, we met incredible people at the reception, the bed was great, the was no noise at all neither from outside or the corridors, the view from the room by the river was nice, and there's a tv in the bathroom. Location is great with multiple parking areas nearby and easy access to public transport.

The rooms offer ample space and comfort, and you can enjoy a pool and a cozy sauna. Don't miss the fantastic buffet, which features a wide variety of dishes.

I spent 3 weeks in this hotel in August this year. 2 days before check out my 2 piece yoga suit disappeared from my room. I did yoga every morning in the room leaving my suit on the chair. They said that maids didn't see any kind of the suit, that they checked laundry, and nobody found anything similar. I asked - so what is the next step? And they say they are not responsible. I have never had similar and such a bad expiriance in any other hotel in the world. And I live in hotels.

Very cool hotel close to the city center. Room was great and spacious, clean and with great view on the canal. Breakfast had a nice view too, right in front of the canal. That's a Hilton branded structure FYI. SUPER SUGGESTED!

I've had the biggest breakfast in my life here, I believe. The rooms are okay, but would not book again. The swimming pool and sauna is relaxed. Too busy area, but the hotel is so central in this city you can walk everywhere within 30 minutes.

Was initially booked into another hotel but due to a leak we were moved here. lovely and clean room with 2 huge windows as it was in the corner and overlooked the city on one side and the erasmus bridge on the other. front reception were also friendly and accommodating despite our original reservation not being for this hotel

the hotel has a great location with a wonderful view, but the service is bad. The girl at the reception was not friendly at all. The water in the pool is cool, the steam bath is also cold, only the sauna is ok. You have to wait to draw a bath because the water flows slowly.

Visited this hotel twice. Last time was not as good as the first. The room was not cleaned enough, they did only the minimum. Besides that, good location few minutes from city center. Good breakfast. Good bar. Wonderful view to Port if you receive port view. By the way, the windows should be cleaned as well...

please please please. do not waste your money coming to this hotel. we had to wait more then 20 mins to check in and then had to go down to reception 3 times to get a card that actually works to turn the lights on. the staff was extremely slow and not helpful at all. it's absolutely embarrassing that people are treated like this in a 5 star hotel. extremely disappointing

Nice hotel with helpfull and friendly staff. The junior suites have an absolutely wonderfull view on the Erasmus bridge, and for this view i can only recommend these rooms. During our stay however, we did encounter some small issues. These were all discussed with staff and fixed the same day, however, considering the price of these rooms we felt a few of these issues could have been avoided with the staff checking the room after a guest has left.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly, especially the elderly gentleman in the bar. The breakfast was superb - fresh, great variety, nice view.

If you want to go to the sauna they charge you for the bathing suit, it was the first hotel I went to that did not have the bathing suit for the sauna. If breakfast is not included, it costs more than lunch. Other than that, it was good overall.

Great breakfast buffet. Great relaxation on the 8th floor/ pool, sauna, haman... and hotel has bikes for rental. Go explore! I always pick this hotel. However... On the last day I was given a 'premium' room, but TV was not functional and smaller than the regular room. I didn't get it... Otherwise stay pick regular.

Was there for work and stayed a week. Loved the accommodations and the service, and very central, I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities... but I truly enjoyed my stay, would stay there anytime.

Compared to some other innelhotels this one may be better in the room, but it's great already. Beds are separated (I guess it's normal here, I'm just not used to it).

Basic room in a hotel that had a great location for a city break in Rotterdam. Staff are all very helpful and polite. The room is a decent size with a nice bathroom and the views of the river were very nice. Bed was soft but comfortable. The gym is tiny, it has 3 cardio machines and only multi gym cable machine, fitting two people into the gym was a struggle. The location is amazing, everything you could need is within walking distance or the tram and metro are right outside. The only negative was the foul smell in reception!

This is a curious hotel, two seemingly separate hotels joined together - one more glamorous than the other. We stayed in the poor relation - the room was small, the twin beds are on wheels so a lot of movement, the bathroom is a wet room and impossible to use without water everywhere. The seals on the shower floor were very mouldy and the configuration within the room - glass sliding door - means a night time visit to the loo illuminates the whole room and wakes your partner, less than ideal. The tea and coffee facilities are woeful - paper cups and poor coffee with a tiny kettle. The bar, located in the rich relation, was lovely, very attentive staff and good cocktails. The staff in the Innhotel were less attentive and less in number. There are vending machines for snacks but these are virtually empty, in Reception, or don't work on other floors. The lifts often would not accept the door card to allow one to use them to get to your room. Unfortunately, the top floor offering panoramic views appears to be permanently closed. The hotel has a fantastic location and Rotterdam is a great city to visit but next time we will stay elsewhere.

I have stayed for a business trip and it is a very nice hotel. Even the most modest rooms are really nice. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Loved it here and I will definitely be back.

Cozy small sized rooms. Linen is neat and toiletries are good. Very well located and accessible. Food is average. Breakfast buffet is good.

Great hotel, good bathroom and good bed. Modern and clean. You can ordet taxiboat to pick you up right outside the hotell. Short walk to restaurants and bars in the area. There is no minibar, but there is a fridge. Wending machines in the lobby. Helpfull and polite staff.

Total scam. Not 4 star hotel level and claim as 4 star. We pay for pet charges 25 euro a night and my cat accidentally peed on bed coz the bathroom is closed, they want to charge 350 euro for it!! My cat peed before and I was able to wash sheets with my own washer easily and I don’t understand how they claim it is hard to wash. Is women period blood hard to wash as well and how can you charge me so much unreasonably? Water kettle was damaged and almost hurt my computer and burnt my skin. Internet was broken and I had to work outside. They don’t have a microwave oven and the kitchen is fickle and mean in helping to cook. Swimming pool water is cold impossible to swim. Bathroom has no door and water is everywhere with a lousy shower. No sandals or bad shampoo and shower gel. You call it 4 star?? Kidding me? The level of hotel service is so bad in Rotterdam that I cannot use words to describe. Like the city and hate the hotels. Not sure if I wanna visit again.

Worst place ever in The Netherlands. No proper basic requirements in the rooms, even no tea cups, water, uncomfortable beds.Very poor breakfast buffet, no choices at all. Comparing other hotels in the area the charges are high. We have seen lot of people are using food delivery services to the hotel.

We stayed at the 7th floor. There was a big noise( like construction) coming from to ceiling at midnight till 2 am. The night receptionist said it’s normal that there is a pool cleaning going on upstairs and we have to wait till it’s done. We were not offered to stay in a different room either. We were not helpt and advised to wait till 2 am until their cleaning is done. And then we hear our next door room turning on loud music( banging). It was impossible to sleep. In the morning we asked receptionist to change our room and we went to speak to a manager. There was not an apology our an answer from any supervisor nor manager. They just didn’t care. Really poor customer service and management. No one took an initiative to do anything convenient for us.

On the day that I checked out I’ve called back at the hotel because I forgot a bag in the lobby. They have assured me that I can pick up the bag whenever I’ll visit Rotterdam again. Today, I would have pass through Rotterdam so I have called to the hotel to ask if the bag is still there. After many attempts and redirections, I’ve finally managed to talk to the receptionist. She kept insisting that she can’t see anything about my bag in the system. So I nicely asked her to make a visual check in the storage room, but with a bored tone she said “if there is nothing in the system, it doesn’t worth to go there and check”. Very bad experience 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
