Updated review; ring broke again in the same spot within 2 months. Clearly didn't add any extra gold to reinforce like he said he was going to. Very disappointed with my service and feel ripped off. The owner really went above and beyond! Today was the 18 year anniversary of my grandmother's passing and a ring of hers that means alot to me was broken and I was looking around to get it repaired, the band was snapped in half. Called him and mentioned I had no money but I had an old ring that didn't have any sentimental value to me. He said to bring it in and he would take a look. He repaired the broken band, polished the ring and even repaired a broken pair of earrings. All in 30 MIN! Needless to say I'm beyond grateful to be able to wear my grandmothers ring again ! Definitely will be back and you should check him out for sure!

Called around to have my girlfriend's ring repaired for the anniversary of her grandmother's death and he told me to bring it down. Brought an old ring because I had no money and he repaired it no problem within 30 min. Told him about the reasoning for the urgency of the repair and he was more than accomadating and even polished the ring! Great guy!

Previously left a positive review, but have to edit it based on my latest experience. I took a ring to Kevo to have the broken stone replaced. He quoted a very high price for a stone, so I bought one online (for less than a quarter of the lowest price he quoted me), and took it to him for the replacement. He chipped the new stone I bought while doing the job. At first he denied it, then said it must be because the stone was synthetic, then offered to pay me for the stone. I accepted that offer, but then he changed his mind and insisted that I leave the ring and he would buy a new stone and fix it. I honestly didn't want to, but he was so insistent about it I did. When I went to pick the ring up, he was extremely rude, repeating that he'd lost money replacing the stone and he wished he hadn't done it. Completely discourteous and ungraceful. I just thanked him and left, but after I got home and inspected the ring, I found the stone was set completely crooked, almost standing on its side. It even moves a bit in the setting. The replacement claws are lumpy and uneven, and another jeweler I took it to said they are probably soldering, not even gold. I will now have to take it to another jeweler and pay again to have the ring fixed properly. Suffice to say I will never take another job to Kevo.

Hours are incorrect. Door says they close at 4, but that too is incorrect. Seem to have hours of personal convenience :(

It was a pleasure dealing with Kevo Jewellers. I had rings cut off and new jewellery made. Goldsmith Kevo was friendly and very accommodating; he patiently considered what I had in mind and made suggestions for a better alternative. Prices were excellent and I was amazed at how quickly the work was done.

I’ve entrusted Kevo to fix 2 rings in need of repair, the repairs were done quickly, precisely, they’ve held up perfectly, and the owner is an absolutely wonderful genuine person. Highly recommend their services!
