The
doctor
I
saw
(Dr.
Lal)
was
very
nice
and
knowledgeable.
She
quickly
diagnosed
me
and
sent
me
on
my
way
with
a
prescription.
That
is
the
only
positive
part
of
my
experience
at
this
seemingly
disorganized
clinic.
I
walked
in
and
asked
how
long
the
wait
would
be,
and
was
told
"about
45
minutes".
That's
more
than
reasonable,
so
I
got
signed
in.
I
was
asked
three
times
what
my
name
was
by
the
receptionist
who
was
holding
my
health
card
in
her
hand,
but
she
seemed
a
bit
under
the
weather
herself,
so
I
figured
she
was
just
having
an
off
day.
But
I
sat
down,
and
about
100
minutes
into
my
"45
minute
wait",
the
receptionist
(same
one
who
admitted
me)
looked
at
me
and
asked
me
if
I
was
just
there
waiting
for
someone,
as
if
she
had
no
idea
why
I
was
there!
It's
not
like
it's
a
huge
waiting
room
where
she
wouldn't
be
able
to
keep
track
-
there
are
only
about
7
chairs.
I
was
put
into
an
exam
room
just
over
2
hours
into
my
wait,
where
I
then
waited
another
half
hour
or
so
for
the
doctor
(who
actually
did
apologize
for
the
wait).
The
entire
process
took
just
shy
of
3
hours
when
I
was
expecting
about
1
hour.
Would
not
recommend
unless
you
have
several
hours
to
kill
and
a
completely
clear
schedule
for
the
day.
That
being
said,
if
you
need
a
good
doctor
and
have
something
productive
to
occupy
yourself
while
you
wait,
the
doctor
herself
was
great.
