Probably my worst experience at a clinic or with any doctor. Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment and the doctor didn’t even know what I was there for. The entire place is an absolute filth and looks like it’s never been cleaned before - dust everywhere. Doctor comes in with busted old shoes and dust on his pants and a sports shirt, looking like he works in construction. I had to get two injections and he didn’t read the instructions of my previous doctor or even verify what I was getting. He didn’t sanitize the area of my shot or wash his hands or anything - he just did it and walked out! Absolutely horrible that a place like this can get away with stuff like that.

A clown at best! Make an appointment, and you're waiting for over an hour, only to be given a run around answer while he stares at the computer screen and be told to come back to see them tomorrow. Overbilling?! Pathetic doctor! Stay clear of this husband and wife scam team. Dr Lal & Dr Lindholm.

My son had a fever for 5 days and I took him there for medical attention, because a fever for 5 days is not normal. She checked him and said it was flu like symptoms and it was viral and was gonna go away in about 2 weeks. She did not want to give me some antibiotics because it wasn't bacterial. I wasn't happy with the response. I went to get a second opinion and took him to the emergency, after tests he was diagnosed with early pnemonea and was prescribed antibiotics to treat it! Dr. Lindholm is the only one who is good there.

The doctor I saw (Dr. Lal) was very nice and knowledgeable. She quickly diagnosed me and sent me on my way with a prescription. That is the only positive part of my experience at this seemingly disorganized clinic. I walked in and asked how long the wait would be, and was told "about 45 minutes". That's more than reasonable, so I got signed in. I was asked three times what my name was by the receptionist who was holding my health card in her hand, but she seemed a bit under the weather herself, so I figured she was just having an off day. But I sat down, and about 100 minutes into my "45 minute wait", the receptionist (same one who admitted me) looked at me and asked me if I was just there waiting for someone, as if she had no idea why I was there! It's not like it's a huge waiting room where she wouldn't be able to keep track - there are only about 7 chairs. I was put into an exam room just over 2 hours into my wait, where I then waited another half hour or so for the doctor (who actually did apologize for the wait). The entire process took just shy of 3 hours when I was expecting about 1 hour. Would not recommend unless you have several hours to kill and a completely clear schedule for the day. That being said, if you need a good doctor and have something productive to occupy yourself while you wait, the doctor herself was great.

Unbelievably long wait. The doctor plans 10 minutes for an appointment and is running at least 1 hour late. I waited for 40 minutes and was told that there were still 2 patients ahead of me. I left without seeing the doctor as the wait made me even more sick. I am not going to return to this clinic and would not recommend it to anybody.

I don’t know how a doctors office can be open once a week and not just that but not update the maps for there hours of service, wasted my time. Should just close down to be honest.

Fantastic doctor! Wait time has never been long for me! Quite the opposite actually. Very thorough and pleasant doctor. Wonderful with my 2 young girls. Gives antibiotics when needed and always follows up with a future appointment.

I had pretty much the same experience as many of the other 1 star posters. At first, when speaking with him on the phone, I thought he was some sort of student or temp. There was a lot of: um... so... er... give me a minute, long pauses, like he was looking something up, but very slow and once put me on hold and never returned. To my surprise he was the doctor when I arrived for my appointment. He was 40 minutes late, which I could have lived with. Waiting in the room though, looking around, I noticed none of the things you usually see in a doctors office. You know the plastic model of a heart that you can take apart and look at, or the nutritional information of all the food groups on a poster. Maybe some brochures about heart disease or diabetes. Nope, none of that, just 4 plastic holders, 3 which contained botox information and the 4th, which was for cosmetic face lift/fillers. A positive was a woman I spoke with about the results of my blood test. She was very well-spoken and explained everything in a professional manner. I assumed she was the doctor.

Doctor Lindholm was so rude and dismissive to my daughter's medical concerns. His bed side manner sucks and his attitude was abrasive and condescending. 1 star is more than he deserves.

Dr. Lindholm was a great help and followed up with me after sending me in for x-rays, I'd recommend scheduling an appointment over the phone before going in ☺️

Dr Lindholm has been my doctor for over 7+ years and he is by far one of the best and most caring and compassionate doctors in the city of Toronto. As someone brushed off and treated like dirt by our medical system, James Lindholm has treated me with respect, communicates my medical diagnosis and treatment and has never given up on my diagnosis no matter how difficult. THAT is a good family doctor.

😠 I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from. The staff overbooks and don’t respect the order of the actual booking. I had an appointment for 5, and ended up being called for the examination at around 7:30. The staff was calling people who arrived late first, and did not respect my orig...

👍👍 I technically should give 4.5 but its the season to be giving. As part of the immigration process, a medical evaluation needs to be done. Physicians are " contracted" with IRCC to do an overall health check. This includes blood, urine, weight& anything else plus an x ray ( at another location n...

👍👍 I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to th...

😠 One of the worst, degrading experiences of my life. Back in Jan 2020 (so prior to the pandemic), I had a severe allergic reaction to hair dye. Both of my eyes were almost completely swollen shut - I had to have a friend accompany me to Centenary Hospital. The doctor must have assessed me for about a...

🫤 I have been a patient at this clinic for years. I absolutely love my doctor and that’s the only reason why I don’t move elsewhere. This clinic functions SO poorly. It’s so difficult to get someone on the phone to book a walk-in or family doctor appointment. Sometimes I have waited on hold for 45 min...
