Clean new hotel with excellent staff and very nice breakfast. We had a comfortable week long stay at this hotel. The highlights of this hotel is its variety of options during breakfast, the cleanliness, and to top it all a very friendly staff that will go out of the way to make yiur stay satisfactory and comfortable. It will be unfair if I do not make a special mention for hotel's manager, he is the best leader who surely believes in customer satisfaction. The hotel is very close to airport and provides a 24/7 complimentary airport pick up service. For late night flights, just call them when you are at the airport pickup point and they will send a shuttle in no time. The only things they need to review is the price of water bottles which needs to be bought and the parking fee. All in all a very good stay. Next time we vist Toronto and area, without any doubts this is the hotel we will pick for our stay.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport South twice. On my first visit, my security deposit was not refunded even after 10 days. However, Anshul helped me very well and handled the issue immediately. On my second visit, I checked out on October 8th, but my security deposit has not been refunded yet (today is October 20th). I have traveled across Canada for a long time, and I have never experienced such unprofessional handling of a security deposit refund. I am very disappointed with the hotel's management. I have contacted them several times, but they have not provided any response at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are concerned about receiving your security deposit back on time.

I stay at this hotel whenever I have an early morning flight out of Pearson Airport. Complimentary, easy shuttle from the hotel to the airport. It's a newer location, so it's not outdated looking like some older Holiday Inn locations. The staff have always been welcoming and competent. Merita especially was incredibly helpful on my most recent stay. I recommend this location to anyone travelling in or out of Pearson Airport.

We didn't stay in the hotel but we are all impressed with the hospitality shown to my son and wife. I took the wrong turn on 401 returning home from Terry Fox track and field stadium and my son had to go and the first establishment we found what looks like a new hotel and told my wife why don't we try if they will let him use the toilet. They did and my son thank the GM? and complemented the hotel. To their surprise the manager offered them snacks and ice cream and refused to be paid even after my wife insisted. Thank you so much, truly appreciate the kind gesture extended to us. This shows how they treat customers! 🙏 Keep it up guys and wish you all the success!

We had come from a different hotel the same night that cancelled our reservation and wanted us to pay extra. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn, we were greeted by Grace, an astonishing front desk employee and treated us like we were family already! She was super nice and was really considerate when our cards weren’t working due to them being locked by the bank (they thought it was a fraud charge lol) The breakfast was amazing and kept us full all day until dinner! For the price we got for each night (around 220 after benefits) it was definitely worth the price for a 4 star hotel! When it came time to check out, Pardeep was incredible and made sure we had an excellent stay overall! Will definitely come back to this hotel!

Our family stayed there last night and it was much better than we had anticipated. It is right next to the airport, which usually people would worry about hearing the airplanes coming and going…but not here at all. We had a great view of the airplanes landing without the sound that kept us up all night. They have an indoor pool, which wasn’t able to be used last night, but that wasn’t a problem. They make up for it with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. At breakfast this morning the staff that was facilitating the breakfast kindly and patiently helped out so much, and even helped my daughter personally. The lady at the front desk was very kind and hopeful when checking us in, greeting us each time we came in. Someone pushed the button for the elevator to help us get to our room with more ease. These sound like minor things but when you’re traveling with children, they are a big deal. The kindness and consideration of the people here at this location really can’t be spoken of highly enough. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to stay here. For now, I will just say it was clean, comfortable, we felt safe. The staff was wonderful and we would be happy to stay again. Thank you for a good stay while we were traveling.

My flight was delayed, and this hotel made up for it! It's absolutely modern, incredibly clean, and newly built. I appreciate the staff, who are super professional & offered excellent customer service. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and usefull. The free shuttle service was great and always on time. Rooms was clean and quiet. Could hear some of the plane take off but nothing too bad. Pool was under constructions. I would definetly go back!

Room was advertised as runway view, you could hear the noise from the planes overhead but couldn't see them from the room. The pool was closed for maintenance, TV got about 5 channels. Even after asking there were no washcloths in the room, had to ask for them and wait for them to be brought. Basically had to ask for everything we needed. Desk Staff was nice and helpful.

Spanking new hotel, staff was polite and helpful. Safe environment, clean, breakfast was good but they didn't cater for vegans or vegetarians. Check was at noon but we were given till 1pm without having to pay any extra. And its located just about 10 minutes from the airport. I will definitely stay here again. Shout out to Aisha front desk staff.

We needed a place to stay before our flight early in the morning. I am SO happy that I picked this place! The rooms were beautiful, bright, spacious and clean. AC/heat unit was amazing we had the perfect temperature. I was able to sleep all night and that never happens! The beds were super comfortable! I wish this was our hotel our entire stay in Ontario. Breakfast started at 6am too. I was happy to get something to eat before heading to the airport! Loved this hotel!!

It's a brand new hotel. The rooms are gorgeous. Plenty of outlets, USB and regular, everywhere in the room. Frig and microwave in the room. The water wasn't as hot as I liked, but the extras you get make up for anything it may be lacking. Security is great. The mattress was good to sleep on.

What an amazing welcome we received at reception when we checked in. Our room was immaculate, with a fantastic view. We especially appreciated how quiet it was, and of course the comfy bed ! All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. We do look forward to our next visit.

This property is conveniently located close to Pearson. The airport shuttle took only 5 mins. The driver even walked us to the front desk to make sure we were at the correct hotel. Front desk staff, Maheen, was warm and welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel is very clean and quiet. We would stay again for sure !

In the current economically challenged environment you would believe that service would try to go above and beyond to build loyalty, not just do the minimum level that is expected. A word of advice! This location didn’t even do the minimum! A new IHG location near the airport you would think would be doing everything they could as there is SO much competition in the Pearson Airport area but oh no they didn’t even follow the simplest of 2 requests we had asked and then seemed very confused and unable to complete the request in a timely manner. We booked a few months ago knowing we would be on a late flight back into Canada and requested on the app when booking a baby crib and extra pillows. Neither of which requests were completed upon arrival and then it took nearly an hour to get the crib request completed that we didn’t even bother for the pillows one! Note to hotel! If a guest requests a crib (and they confirmed that it was on the booking) they NEED that crib…. It’s for a baby who needs a bed for the night and you probably should read and complete that request…. It’s not being asked just for the fun of it!!! Not sure if the inability to be able to complete the request was down to leadership or the quality of training or both but my advice is to book elsewhere if you need a hotel room near Toronto Airport! There are plenty of other options who might actually want your repeat business.

Nice clean new hotel. I have stayed here for travel 3 weeks in a row now & it’s great. Super convenient to the airport. Free shuttle too & from the airport every 30mins. Best of all it has an amazing free full breakfast. They even have a pancake on demand machine! Most of my flights are early morning & although breakfast doesn’t start until 7am they will still pack you a breakfast to go with yoghurt, muffin & fresh fruit, again all free of charge! The staff is polite & welcoming, all in all if I could give a 10/10 I would. This is now my go to airport hotel!

We stayed here recently for 2 overnights with connecting flights in Toronto while on vacation. I was impressed the hotel was new and very clean. Rooms were above average. Service was attentive. Breakfast was convenient and passable. That's the good. Now for the bad. Hotel is near the airport runway so prepare for a lot of noise late evening and early morning - we didn't sleep well because of this. Also within 24 hours of staying overnight both times in different rooms my wife and I both had bed bug bites all over our feet, legs and arms. This is the reason for the 1 star rating- in my mind a bedbug infestation is 100% unacceptable!

Based on the price I decided to stay here. Downtown Toronto was out of my price range. However, I found this hotel and booked here. The hotel is new and feels brand new. The hotel is clean and easily located off 401 and 427. Access is pretty easy. There is a small free breakfast buffet. The rooms are ample and feel fresh. Daily housekeeping is great. Parking is slightly confusing but adequate. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. A young lady checked me out on September 18th around 10:00am, I didn’t get her name but she was extremely helpful and explain everything to me. Please let her know I appreciated her assistance. It’s by the airport but you barely hear the planes fly and take off over head.

We had to catch a hotel last minute as our flight cancelled and this was a great value within close proximity to the airport. Nice and ultra clean hotel. Literally 5 mins away from Pearson airport. They have a free shuttle bus every hour. It's basically a brand new hotel with nice modern and tech upgrades. Especially nice features: blackout blinds and the complimentary breakfast. No complaints otherwise. Thank you for a great stay.

For me, it fits for the purpose. This is why giving 5 stars is very close to the airport with free shuttle service every 30min, breakfast is typical American breakfast. Staff are welcoming and helpful whenever needed. The price was reasonable compared to similar category hotels in Toronto. The pool area is under maintenance, not ready during our stay.

We actually stumbled on to this place, but great surprise. We can watch the planes land and take off from our room, if you’re into that. Upon arriving here we were greeted warmly and luckily got a room since we just walked in at around 4-5 in the afternoon. This location is only about four months old and the pool has t been finished yet but I didn’t mind. Breakfast staff kept the place clean and topped up with hot food. Check out was quick and easy and waiting for our free shuttle to the airport. Side note: they have GREAT darkening blinds that will make the room super dark in the daytime if you need to sleep during the day.

We loved our two day stay at the hotel! Everything in this hotel was good. We were family of four, with 2 kids, our kids enjoyed the stay as well! Free shuttle is one of the highlights along with very courteous staff and friendly shuttle members! Superb! If we are in Toronto they have our business! The only thing that we missed was swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool which was closed, other than that ji want to say. Thank you

On our trip to Canada, we spent 4 nights at the new Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport South. Thanks to our IHG Platinum Status, we got a complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2 Queen Suite Runway View with Sofa Bed. Ahmad, Emilia, and Bhuvan made our stay very hospitable. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, which had two queen beds, a sofa bed, a tub, and a microwave – perfect for families. It truly exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay here again on our next trip. The experience was fantastic, and the upgraded room, along with the warm hospitality, made our stay truly memorable. If you're planning a trip to Toronto, this Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport South is a top choice! 5/5 Stars.

Great new airport-area located IHG hotel. Just 5 minutes to Pearson airport, & many nearby restaurants. Friendly staff, plenty of parking but parking price a bit high @ $25.00 / night. Like any airport hotel, depending on which runway is being used, you will hear the aircraft departing, but sound levels inside rooms were so low I never heard a plane.

We recently spent a total of four nights with my wife and our one and a half year old daughter. We were informed the hotel was fully booked. So, during the check-in, we waited for about 5 to 10 minutes to make sure the room was clean and ready. The staff was very friendly and professional. In regard to the room, although the hotel is new, the finishing was subpar. The TV was not leveled. The shower leaked when we turned on the tap. The most disappointing experience was that we did not have hot water for the first two nights. Specifically, on the first night, the water temperature ranged from freezing cold to cold. We notified the staff, and they indicated that they had investigated and resolved the issue. However, on the second night, the temperature ranged from freezing cold to lukewarm as best. As a result, my one and a half year old daughter was shivering when we gave her a bath. The water temperature improved on the subsequent nights. My understanding is that other guests had the same issue. Since our first 2 nights were during the weekend, I suspect the water temperature was related to the hotel being at full capacity and system was unable to heat the water despite it is a new hotel. I am writing this review to let others who will be traveling with children to understand the situation and make an informed purchase. Especially, this is a busy season for traveling, and I am sure this will become a frequent and common issue. Most importantly, I cannot imagine when this happen during the winter.

Checked in for a 6 night stay and was so impressed. I booked rooms for me and 6 colleagues, and we all had a wonderful stay. Bright, modern, and clean throughout every inch of the hotel. Breakfast was great and always hot, ready, and replenished as needed. What made our stay most enjoyable was the staff! What an amazing hospitality team! Wow!! Very pleasant, kind, and courteous; which added an extra layer of of comfort to our stay. Huge shoutout to Tavelle, Noreen, Grace, and Natasha. Will 100% be staying here again….and again… 😊

I would like to highly recommend this brand new 1 week old hotel and congratulate them for opening such a lovely property that has been modernised with a nice, fresh and super clean contemporary feel. My personal thanks goes to Ahmed who is the front office manager who related with me with a concern I personally had and resolved matters very professionally, I felt as if I have known him before. I would like to say thanks to Bhuwan for kindly checking me in late at night from the 28th-30th May 2023 to offer me Room 720 in which I was the very first guest to occupy the room during my stay. Finally I would like to say thanks to Giani who is the chef for the breakfast and is very kind and helpful to recommend some delicious aspects of the breakfast in which was beautifully prepared to add the icing on the cake. I can honestly say, the hospitality that’s been offered is the best hospitable service I have ever got during the entire 6 months I’ve stayed here in Toronto. This is such a statement especially after staying at several downtown hotels as an individual from the UK London. Please don’t just take my word for it, if you want a super clean hotel that’s screams that new car smell you get but, instead you get that when you walk into the rooms here, I would definitely recommend you stay here without a doubt. Well done and Congratulations to the IHG Group for adding this wonderful property to your portfolio.
