Takes days to get someone on the phone. After finally being able to speak with a Doctor, she was to send in a requisition for an MRI to a Toronto hospital. After waiting weeks and following up with the Hospital, I learned the MRI req was never sent. When I tried following up with the Dr again, I wasn’t able to get anyone on the phone. “Working” with this Doctors pushed my recovery back months. Avoid!!

Update: since Covid, this place is never open. As many of the other reviews have said, it is very difficult to talk to someone, as there is no receptionist and never anyone in the office. It is definitely not a walk-in clinic anymore. Here’s a picture of what it now looks like. I think she’s in the office for two hours on Fridays total, but it’s hard to imagine that the doctor would allow the place to look so rundown if she was there. We had a great experience with Dr. Lal. It is new and clean and the staff is excellent. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Started seeing Dr. Lal in February, she is very thorough and very good with follow-ups (checking if your symptoms improved, if you've gotten appointments with specialists, etc). She is great at listening and doesn't rush you out as quick as possible like some doctors do. My only complaint is sometimes their electronic fax system doesn't go through (or is delayed) to pharmacies but that's not something worth taking off a star from 5+ star service.

I spoke to the male receptionist on the phone who was extremely inappropriate. They asked me if i was married and a whole bunch of inappropriate questions that had little to do with any type of help towards medical care. I left the office after being disgusted by the complete incompetence of the man unable to spell my last name correctly. Don't go to this walk in clinic

Worst doctor ever - its a scam.

I highly do not recommend. I actually find this clinic quite worrisome. No reception, when I needed to get my test results I had to call like 20 times as there was no other way to reach them and they told me to call them. Quite irresponsible, luckily I was fine but I wouldn’t trust them if there was something wrong. I’m pretty shocked a clinic can operate this way in Toronto.

I called in at random and spoke to Dr. Lindholm immediately. After a few minutes of questions he texted me a link to my cell to a zoom meeting. We did a video consult and I was on my way within 5 more minutes.The doctor was professional courteous and efficient. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lal is fabulous and kind and compassionate! She is only available in person once a week tho.

Always gets back to me within 24 hours and I can easily get referrals and prescriptions to fix acute issues quickly! Love the ability to have video consultations when necessary.

Incredible Doctor, she takes her time and doesn’t rush you out. Very upfront and honest with patients.

Impossible to get a hold of - rarely holds in person hours and no information about when office is closed for holidays. Have to call 3-4 times with no answering machine or info as to why the phones are not being answered. Very frustrating when usually it’s a call just to get a referral to go to a specialist.

Closed. No update on Google. Clearly they don’t know how to run a business. Wouldn’t come back here.

Fantastic doctor! Very kind and polite. Took her time. Very thorough. Quick to get me the necessary blood tests and a check up. Clinic is very nice.

Abysmal. Do not register here, you will regret it. No receptionist to answer the phone, you're immediately put on hold and lucky to get an answer. Made an appointment to get vaccinations for my son, turned up and the place was locked! Astonishingly bad, deserves zero stars.
