For
over
$200
a
night,
this
was
the
worst
hotel
experience
I
have
ever
had.
I
booked
a
hotel
for
an
overnight
layover
in
Toronto,
and
it
was
an
absolute
nightmare
trying
to
catch
the
shuttle.
I
called
Best
Western
5
times.
The
first
time
I
called
I
was
told
the
wrong
bus
pick
up
station,
so
I
missed
the
first
shuttle.
The
second
time
I
called,
they
hung
up
on
me
as
I
was
asking
a
question
about
where
to
meet
the
shuttle.
When
the
shuttle
finally
arrived,
the
driver
said
it
was
full
and
he
would
have
to
come
back
for
me.
It
was
11:30PM,
and
I
was
the
only
person
left
standing
on
the
platform.
I
had
been
waiting
an
hour
outside
in
sun
zero
temperatures
at
the
point.
At
this
point,
I
was
in
tears,
and
I
asked
the
driver
if
the
shuttle
could
possibly
fit
one
more
person.
And
low
and
behold,
there
actually
was
space,
he
just
didn’t
care
to
look.
He
rather
leave
me,
a
woman,
standing
outside
all
by
myself
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
I
check
in.
It’s
fine.
The
next
morning
I
tell
the
front
desk
about
what
happened
and
all
I
got
was
a
condescending
“aw
I’m
sorry”
from
the
woman
working
the
front
desk.
And
my
bill
was
higher
than
I
was
quoted
(I
was
quoted
$212,
I
paid
$258).
The
front
desk
lady
said
I
would
be
refunded
bc
it
was
the
security
deposit.
I
look
at
my
receipt:
the
extra
add-on
was
taxes
and
fees.
As
for
the
cherry
on
top,
on
the
shuttle
back
to
the
airport,
the
driver
was
extremely
comfortable
making
the
most
sexist
comment
I
have
heard
in
a
long
time.
A
woman
was
parked
in
the
way
and
he
said
“you
know
what
the
problem
is!
It’s
the
lady
drivers!
They
don’t
know
anything.”
Livid.
Don’t
stay
here,
or
at
any
Best
Western.
