This motel is a Horrible place. Paper thin seperation walls you can't sleep at all, Inconsistent water pressure. No deadbolts on doors anybody can walk in on you while your are asleep, BED BUGS. I believe this place is HAUNTED. Guests Beware, the 5 STAR reviews are all FAKE reviews this place does not even deserve a 1 Star.

This place rocks. Old dirty and and run down. One of the places that make me feel better about myself plus it's a great spot for me to have fun with men.

Horrible place. Dont bother coming here. Place is filthy and should be renovated. Not inhabitable! The management here is a cheat. I tried to get a room for 3 nights. Apparently the billing cycle is from 7am to 11am. I checked in at 7:30am and was told that one day ended at 11am on the same day. The management failed to explain this properly as he has a strong indian accent. I tried to get my 2 days back and the management refused. Avoid this place at all cost!

This place is ratchet and decrepit. Complete RIP-off! Literally 🤣 no privacy whatsoever as I saw dead people watching me. Lol😆Totally creepy and unclean an as mentioned before, place is haunted! Charge deposit on room ($100), I didn't get back full deposit, as the fellow had said I checked in early then the usual time and he charged me $50. (Only showed up few hours early). TV was old and unusable, place is falling apart and no curtain in washroom where everybody from front office lobby or outside can simply see me naked if they were curious to look😳☹ First and LAST time I ever go there

Very friendly staff. Free coffee and sandwiches twice when we were there. Room was cosy and welcoming. Overall a good experience.

The worst experience ever. Rooms are dirty and full of bugs. The tv never worked and that’s after 3 different remotes. The wifi is so bad it’s better to use your own data. No towels or soap provided which is the basic amenities. And they give two different prices one they give you on the phone and then completely surprise you with 100$ deposit I was never told about. Then they asked for my ID as a deposit which is illegal. Absolutely the worst place and needs a total renovation and staff change.

The place fallen apart, dirty, no curtain in washroom, and cold. They Charge me $110 for room pulse $50 deposit which they didn’t get me back. I call also left them voice mail to get my $50 deposit back but they never answer or respond calls. I won’t go this place next time even if they rent room for $20.

The management was very great they are nice and welcoming people but the room are very dirt and has bed bugs.

The owner is amazing guy who is usually reception , so u get worm welcome. since my last review he has updated his motel. But washroom and windows need for sure update. Otherwise it's noisy. Great location and hood potential if owner can spend good bugs

Absolutely wonderful place. The Havanap is a beautiful and luxurious place to stay. All of the finest amenities and contidental breakfast. Huzzah!

Simply disgusting, we had no other choice but to stay there cause everything was fully booked. A lot of dust, dirty fridge, old blankets, a stained sofa, I wanted to cry when I saw the room.... At least, there was no insect and the staff was nice.

Gross. With 4 friends we wanted to chill. But it's Gross n dead cheap Indian move . Heaters never worked .froze in cold n owner froze on cold or fell a deep sleep. Thanks for charging 100 dollars ! God bless u

Went 3 weeks ago and I Always like checking the beds before I stay anywhere and THERE IS bed bugs I even took pictures horrible place very dirty and in bad conditions.

horible and dirty the air condition does not work n my room and the tv is old an all the funitrue in it bad stay also the rooms smell like cigerrates and the celine is falling apart shower is falling apart and all for 150 but the owner was very nice it was just the room i was given.

The Filipino guy.at the.counter i believe.was working.on.his.shift.around.5ish am and he.was.so kind to provide a.room and.noticed.how.tired we were...not only that.he.was so reasonable with the.price...he was so very that he.really cared for the.customers needs and not.the sale he is.goinv to.receive.so nice.to accomodate us immediately with great hospitality and short conversation that we are welcome to stay here.Thank you and keep up the.good work...we.need more people.like you at times like this.More power and God bless you. p.s. it would be.nicer if the.inside of the.rooms.be.painted and some.sanitation for the washrooms as well would be nice.Good luck and see you again sometime soon.

DO NOT RENT ROOM HERE! There are bed bugs and cockroach's in every room. The maintenance is atrocious I found used needles and broken crackpipes ON TOP OF THE FECES ON THE CURTAINS. It was disgusting and when I asked to switch rooms the manager was VERY rude and the room we switched into was even worse. He refused to refund my money I ended up staying at the royal motel across the street its much nicer.

Place should be condemned and owners should be reported on the news. The place is a walking disease

It has been cleaned up and redone inside the rooms. The manager and his wife do a great job and have really turned this place around. It was clean and quiet and had everything we needed like fridge and microwave. For a low end Motel it's perfect the price is a little expensive but all in all I would stay again

It was a wonderful experience being in this Motel Great experience. ... Amazing experience of staying at a Motel during these pandemic situation. Clean rooms, proper sanitization, temperature check of every person in the hotel and very courteous & helpful staff.

The room is a good size but outdated needs to be painted but it's clean. The couple that run the Motel are very nice people they get anything I need right away.There is cable and WiFi included and both work great I have had no problems with either one. Cheaper rates for extended stays would be nice!

The staff were incredible, kind and helpful. The rooms could use an upgrade. I was in a tough situation and this place was available. It worked for a place to sleep, and I felt safe.

I had an awesome time at this great motel. Management is very cooperative and accommodating, very clean and affordable motel in the area. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable and it comes with free wifi, tv, cable, fridge and microwave all included in the price, that amazing. Excellent location as food & drinks shops are nearby. I had an great experience staying here and I highly recommend this motel for anyone to stay on daily or weekly basis.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly. This is an old building but very well maintained with neat and clean rooms with all the amenities you need. The pricing and flexibility is also far better than other motels on Kingston Road
