👍 A good and quite place to relax after a day at Techirghiol Sanatorium. There is also a nice restaurant nearby in the park. 4 stras only because there are still lots for the local authorities to do, like cleaning the nasty smelly 'thing' on the lake shore near the town center.

👍👍 Very nice area for walking and doing sports! The side walk of the lake has been renovated and benches, terases have been installed. It turned in a very beautiful park!! 👍

👍👍 În a doua fază, promenada orașului Ovidiu a fost extinsă cu o plajă artificială și alte câteva dotări de invidiat pentru constănțenii care n-au parte de așa ceva în zona Campus sau în Palazu Mare (probabil pentru că în respectivele zone nu locuiesc aleși locali dornici să lase câțiva metri de spațiu...

Low-key park with paths & benches overlooking Lake Tabacariei, plus seasonal roses & a playground.
