Beautiful, comfortable rooms in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. It is a 10 min walk from the tram stop which gets you into the city centre in around 25 mins. I really couldn't recommend this place enough, by far the best establishment I have visited. Rooms have plenty of amenities with private shower and toilet. Thank you Loes!

It's located in a beautiful quiet place in the suburbs, but has great connections to the city and the airport. The host is fantastic and the rooms are large and clean. Nothing but positive things to say about this place.

The room is modern, spacious and has a beautiful view onto the sloot. When it’s cold enough and it freezes the kids skate on it. Coming from South Africa this is quite something to see.

Our stay was too short to get more time to enjoy the surounds of the neighbourhood. It was quite and calm. Perfect for couples that are willing to get a break from their daily routine. Thanks to Loes for being so kind and full of advices.

😠 UPDATE after response from the owner - we did have a confirmed booking under my husbands name Michael. I am sure you find his name in your bookings as you sent him an email at 5:04pm less than 24h before our arrival and 4 minutes after your office closure so we definitely could not talk to you that...
