The worst hotel that I have ever seen!!! very dirty, too much unprofessional staff's, crowded, In a word a horrible at atmosphere! Very unpleasant front desk, no security, even a outsider can enter freely! The lobby is in the 3rd floor, as a result an stranger can easily enter into the hotel room!! Moreover, at the check out time , the front desk officer just ordered me to leave the room leaving the key inside!! What a horrible behaviour!!!!

I don't want to use the word unclean. It is simply NASTY. The carpet looks like it was on the street for days. Just NASTY. The blanket on the bed smelled and has hairs. The refrigerator had molded and looked like it was picked up from the trash. One towel and no sense for guests of two. We stayed at 902 and the top of us was a swimming pool. Loud construction sounds start at 9 am. We can't even hear us talking in the room. I had a conference call and I had to change it until we checked out. Management should have informed us and assigned a current floor. The front desk folks were not friendly and had no personality even tho he is working there for 14 years. Bell boys were the best. Breakfast sucks on the choice of items. NASTY table clothes. They do not change after guest use. All kinds of stains on them. There where a fight inside the kitchen. We can hear screaming and yelling. Left tips. We had dinner. The waiter has no personality or is friendly. He brought drinks end of the dinner. He forgot, what kind of drink we wanted. Not even a sorry. We left tips. During the busy time, they were installing surveillance cameras. I know this is not America, it's Bangladesh. We paid what was the rate. We thought we would get a decent service. The entire team's needs are training in everything. The hotel room manager should be fired. Owners should pay more attention. I know this comment does not mean anything.

They are taking a high amount of money but providing very poor rooms. Really bad rooms compared to the money they take.

Location is perfect but room quality is quite poor. They have charged Tk 4150 per day for a double bed room. Unfortunately, room environment suggests maximum tk 3000.

Worst service ever.first of all thier room floor nd bathroom are not clean enough nd in bathroom water tap was broken so when we complaint them they are trying to portray that we broke it nd then call them so we have to pay for that bt already there are no water in that line nd its proven that its broken from before so its a huge hustle we face, i never ever seen so much bad services and behaviour .just horrible experience.

The Grand Prince Hotel is a very popular and one of the renowned hotel in Dhaka city, they have a decade of reputation is this hospitality industry. They also have a Supershop Chain in Dhaka City which is called "Prince Bazar" their product quality is so good than other Supershops.

My experience was average there. Basically the location was quiet busy and chaotic. It’s may sometimes demotivate others to get there.

Worst Customer Service in every sector. Behavior of Stuff in perceptions are not well mannered.

It's a budget-friendly restaurant. The food quality is so good and delicious. They maintain good hygiene. Kids zone is also available. Marriage ceremony reception, Birthday party can also be arranged. The environment is also satisfying. Stuff's behaviour is also good.

Prince bazar at ground floor, Prince Chinese restaurant at 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor. Apart from providing regular local Chinese cuisine they offer party facility like wedding, birthday etc. They have parking facility also but not enough.

I am from Kolkata India, this my first trip in Bangladesh its great experience. But this hotel is aussame foods are lovely.

Best hotel in this location. They offer buffet breakfast here. Room rent are high though. They got a nice rooftop pool & terrace garden which will cherish your mind.

Actually went in restaurant for a wedding ceremony and Super Store outlet. Outside road and footpath too much traffic and it's very close to Mirpur Circle -1.

Rooms are well furnished with Sofa, TV, Dressing Table, Almirah, Refrigerator, AC. Besides they offer facilities like gym, swimming pool, stream bath, hot water and many more. Payment methods are credit card, debit card, bkash, DBBL and cash. Services were professional as well as effective based on costing parameters.

Their Tom Yum Gong soup is best, must try

Worst experience I ever had in my life. There was very bad smell in the room. The room was too much small, not very clean, environment was not family friendly, no cooperation from the staff. The room way to much expensive. Never recommend to anyone even not my enemy. Food price also too much expensive. Just the good thing was breakfast.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in my life we booked the most expensive room in it which was the family suite it was horrible there was hair all over our beds the beds were dirty the fridge is full of mould the carpets are filthy breakfast was rubbish and the manager was very rude says no to practically everything I asked him for some discount on the price as we were paying far to much for the filthy place he said no then I asked him to do 4 items of my laundry complimentary he said no to this aswel the only thing he agreed was for us to change our room they were all the same dirty and filthy we were supposed to be staying 3 nights after 2 nights we couldn't take it anymore so we left. My 16 years old son is traumatised by the state of this hotel and doesn't want to return to Bangladesh anymore.
