Loved the interior. Very posh looking. Seating arrangements are fine. Around 50 people can dine in at a time. Service is okay. Tried their buffet lunch. Considering the ambience and location, price was pretty reasonable. Food items were around 20-30. Not every item was tasty but I liked some of the main dishes. Dessert items were really disappointing, expectations were higher. Overall, satisfactory experience I would say.

Their service is good, well behaved & smiling staff. Entrance, reception, room & hall room are congested. Conference hall situated basement mobile network not available there. The restaurant is very small & congested, the food quality and taste not good.

But unfortunately they didn't told me about the extra charges for using the mini fridge. Which only contained coke and 7up in it, and they charged me 2k for that stuff, which was very disappointing tbh.

Room was nice snd cozy. Breakfast was very good. Lunch quality was good but a bit overpriced.

Me and my wife--- we both were dead tired after hectic day of house shifting. The new house was not exactly in habitable condition. So we decided to spend the night in a hotel which turned out to be Shinepukur Suites. The hotel and its stuff gave us exactly what we needed --- a nice and cozy homely feeling you usually yearn after a long day. I would not say that they were The Best at everything.....but they hit all the right spots. Whatever they lacked, they compensated with their warmth and amicability. I strongly recommend them.

If you want to stay I’ll suggest book a room before your arrival. Hotel stuffs are humble and cooperative. Room service is mentionable and up to the mark.

Good quality 3 star hotel, their services are fine. Good behaviour, very professional, neat and clean. Well decorated. Good place for any types of program of 100 people.

This was The Cinnamon Tree – a multi cuisine restaurant at Shinepukur Suites, Gulshan-1, Dhaka. Excellent, very convenient quiet location, very close to Shooting (sports) Club and nearby Police Plaza Concord Shopping Mall on Hatirjheel, Dhaka. A small little restaurant appropriate for small business meets, family and other small social gatherings. Didn’t have a chance to look at the guest rooms, however.

Very nice and elegant hotel in midst of Dhaka. Loved the views from the balconies of the room. Spacious and well maintained rooms. Many category of rooms to choose from. Excellent room service and good food are the worth to mention.

This is just a superb property for vacations and for parties too here we enjoyed alot.good ambience eco friendly environment delicious breakfast where it includes pasta as complimentary really a wonderful visit overall I would recommend atleast once you should try this one..

During staying here for work, I feel too much comfortable. There service are too good. There staff behaviour are so professional.

Service and food are not up to the mark. Mainly, basement conference room is not good. Chair tables are like from ordinary restaurant.

It's a 3 star hotel in gulshan. I was there for dinner in cinnamon restaurant. The atmosphere were amazing and foods were fantastic..love to come again..

Mainly foods are not up to the mark. And the wash rooms of restaurant are too bad i.e. very bad smell inside the hand wash area.

Dirty floor, woobly water tap installations, needed 4 phone calls when I asked for a simple electric water heater which was missing in the room. Most importantly, there probably is a club of some sort around the premises that went all out all night long. Not worth the value at all.

The overall environment of the restaurant is Good & Staffs are well behaved and taking continuous feedback regarding the Food Quality and overall things but number of Items of food is relative low than other Buffet restaurant in Dhaka.
