Sort of a good travel agency but lacs professionalism. They are sometimes not clear about the campaigns and it's communication. As a customer i have sensed they're somehow hiding the hidden costs. And after you travel to a certain place, I'm not sure whether they give good support services or not. Please be careful while you're taking their service. Check thoroughly

I am deeply disappointed with the recent decline in the quality of service provided by this company. In the past, their services were commendable, but it seems that an increase in clientele has negatively impacted their performance. My primary concern is their lack of responsiveness. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for an urgent matter, my calls and messages were left unanswered. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive issues. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the exorbitant prices quoted for hotel and flight bookings. Out of skepticism, I decided to make the bookings myself and was able to save approximately 20,000 bucks on a seven-day package. This experience has left me questioning the transparency of their pricing. While I had availed their services in the past with satisfaction, this recent experience has been disheartening. It appears that success has led to a compromise in their service quality, a common pitfall for many growing companies. In conclusion, I will not be returning for their services. It’s unfortunate to see a once reliable company lose sight of its commitment to customer service.

After taking years of service from them, I must conclude that their professionalism has deteriorated. They act unnecessarily to show how busy they are and don't address a customer sitting in front of them unless you are calling them repeatedly. Their work has also become sloppy as some tour organizer (Mr. Tuhin from Banani branch) takes papers from you for visa and processes it badly (not submitting all the documents to the Embessy you provided) resulting in rejection just to tell you later that he was not visa consular officer and he didn't know what went wrong! The owner or top level management doesn't seem much bothered about what's going on as you can either never reach them or these admin people won't just let you reach them. If you're applying for a Philippines visa for example, don't go to them as they are not the authorised agency (Go to Pinoy travel who are authorised as they wont even tell you that just to get their money) it appears that they take more money for visa processing because their other B2B partners are involved in their visa processing. Sadly, if you ever get rejected, they won't even apologise to you for their sloppy work after knowing that you took years of service from them and were a loyal customer.

Worst ever. Paid full amount but didnt received daily schedule as per package. If you are booking with them make sure take all before you pay including package details, hotel booking confirmation. Otherwise you will be in big problem, including hotel. We didnt have any idea what will be our schedule even after 10days of full payment. They have zero control on their counterpart travel agent. I went with my family. On day 3 driver + guide called me at 9pm that he wont be able to come. Moreover, before leaving country i asked many time to change hotel by seeing google review. They said google review is fake, everything will be alright, i should be tension free. They booked 3hotel for us. First one was okay as per commitment. 2nd one was worst, exactly same as google review. Google review really matters. For 3rd one they told they booked Premium hotel while they gave 1-2* level hotel. Even they never bother to call after my return about my feedback. Never recommend this travel agent specially if you are going with family

If someone still wants to deal with them, I would recommend not to buy air ticket from them at least. try to manage those from others. I have used their visa processing, and received visa for UK, China, Philippines, etc. They are also good for large groups as well. You can pay by credit card and cash. They also offer EMI. I took their service for our Maldives tour (6days 5 nights) . Highly pleased with everything, specially Mr Tuhin took care of us whenever we needed anything. Great approach and polite behaviour. Fihalhohi water villa was beyond description. We enjoyed at Mafushi as well. Though we didn’t enjoy much in Hulhumale as there was nothing much to do, however, it was a pleasant tour overall.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. It felt as if I was dealing with unprofessional individuals who were more interested in exploiting customers than providing a quality service. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with this establishment.

We went to perform Umrah in a group of 12. Akasbari was suppose to provide 5 star accomodation in Mekkah. They have converted the double/triple bedroom into four bed with addition of hospital type of bed that made the room very congested even movement was totally restricted. Only one bath/wash/toilet made the condition more worse for the four people. The hotel authority had nothing to do since the Akashbari rented vilas and made the contract to add additional bed in each room. In one room was full of furiture with one dinning table either six chairs. The Medina the room size was hardly 9.5 x 15 feet to accomodate 4 bed where there was no scope to even keep the luggages. In fact it was a unique accommodation in a non-star hotel. Even after several communication with the GM of Akashbari, nothing could be changed. The guides are not cooperative and in Medina we couldn’t see the face of the tour guide. I will never recommend Akashbari for availing Umrah packages. Never.
