We
came
here
from
Pamukkale
just
to
enjoy
the
spring
water
and
pool
area.
So
we
decided
to
purchase
tickets
and
the
guy
at
the
reception
desk
was
trying
to
cheat
us.
He
saw
that
we
had
a
Turkish
card
and
he
was
trying
to
make
a
performance
that
neither
of
the
card
machine
did
work.
The
performance
failed
while
another
guest
noticed
that
he
took
off
the
card
too
fast
and
the
connection
was
not
really
established.
Another
girl
came
to
reception
and
we
asked
her
to
keep
the
card
without
taking
it
out
during
the
process.
And
the
same
card
as
well
as
the
same
card
machine
made
a
payment
pass
correctly.
That
was
really
not
nice
because
I
guess
the
guy
was
about
to
convince
us
to
give
him
cash.
The
money
from
the
card
is
definitely
coming
to
hotel
owners
and
management
but
the
cash
is
easily
to
be
hidden.
If
you
ask
me,
I
don’t
like
to
be
cheated
and
I
don’t
really
like
to
spend
so
much
time
at
the
reception
as
we
are
loosing
time.
Then
we
came
to
wellness
zone
and
there
the
lady
was
trying
again
to
cheat
us.
She
told
that
we
had
to
pay
extra
money
for
towels.
And
that
is
completely
weird
since
you
pay
for
the
pool,
the
towels
are
included.
When
I
told
her
that
the
reception
guys
told
us
towels
are
included,
she
made
unsatisfied
face
….
What
are
the
people
who
are
working
there?
Are
they
experienced
enough
to
welcome
tourists?
I
hope
the
hotel
management
will
pay
attention
to
the
personnel
who
is
trying
to
make
tricks
in
order
to
get
extra
cash
from
tourists
that
could
be
easily
stolen
from
the
cashier.
Awful
hotel!
