We came here from Pamukkale just to enjoy the spring water and pool area. So we decided to purchase tickets and the guy at the reception desk was trying to cheat us. He saw that we had a Turkish card and he was trying to make a performance that neither of the card machine did work. The performance failed while another guest noticed that he took off the card too fast and the connection was not really established. Another girl came to reception and we asked her to keep the card without taking it out during the process. And the same card as well as the same card machine made a payment pass correctly. That was really not nice because I guess the guy was about to convince us to give him cash. The money from the card is definitely coming to hotel owners and management but the cash is easily to be hidden. If you ask me, I don’t like to be cheated and I don’t really like to spend so much time at the reception as we are loosing time. Then we came to wellness zone and there the lady was trying again to cheat us. She told that we had to pay extra money for towels. And that is completely weird since you pay for the pool, the towels are included. When I told her that the reception guys told us towels are included, she made unsatisfied face …. What are the people who are working there? Are they experienced enough to welcome tourists? I hope the hotel management will pay attention to the personnel who is trying to make tricks in order to get extra cash from tourists that could be easily stolen from the cashier. Awful hotel!

Air condicion has unbearable high frequency noise, we were forced to turn it down and sleep without air conditioning. Room facilities are old and not well maintained. Dinner - the buffet in hotel was pretty bad, it's hard to imagine having such a low quality dining experience in a so called 5 star hotel.

Do not expect more than a 3 Star Hotel. Dirty or very old towels in the room are a no go. Thats not like a 5 star hotel should be. The room was clean, but they should renovate it. Belly dancers as a night show in a hotel makes this place not family friendly for me. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Visited to use the thermal pools and to have lunch after visiting Pamukkale. We had a very nice buffet lunch with salads, meats and breads followed by a variety of fruits and desserts. Hotel appeared modern and clean with helpful, friendly staff. A very enjoyable experience.😊

The hotel has a great spa and thermal baths.. thats their biggest strength.. lunch is usually great.. but on my last visit it was lacking some things.. also drinks during lunch are charged extra

We were very happy with our stay at Pam Thermal The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is value for money. It is not an all inclusive hotel. The breakfast and the dinner had very very limited vegetarian options. The thermal pools in the hotel were nice and are complimentary for hotel guests

Located not far from Cotton Castle, Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Food served their local daily food. * Most food finish they don't fill up and close earlier * Choice of food not much. From hotel walk down a bit got few shop which you can buy something cheap. Service not up to standard.

This place is a hotel which have 5 star. You can find hot water whos degree is almost 40 degree. But you cannot enjoy if you are young people. Moreover, You must pay for every drink and for lunch. You can take breakfast and dinner without pay.

The hotel is separated into several towers, getting to the tower through a fairly dark corridor. After arriving at the tower, it turned out that the hallway to the room was even darker, the small elevator was in the middle. They save so much on electricity that it bothers customers. The location is also very far from the city. The good thing is that the rooms are quite decent and clean. The best thing is that the food menu has a wide variety and is quite delicious

Went for quick visit to see hot water pool and had lunch. Lunch was prity ordinary not 5 star level. Hotel was clean and presentable.
