It's terrible. The bed here wasn't cleaned and I got bitten by bugs. I expected it to be a 5 star hotel, but the bed was full of bugs. I don't want to go again. The room I stayed in was room 3104 On October 28th .They offered me another room and it was 4:30 AM. I only slept for 1 hour and 30 minutes. They didn't even give me a refund because they provided me with a room.

We really enjoyed the hotel and swimming at the thermal pools. There is thermal pool outside with a great view especially at the sunset and two pools inside, one deep for adults and one shallow for kids. Outside and inside pools have several water fountains where you can stand and massage your neck and shoulders. We plunged into clear pool with cold water after hot springs and it was a blast! The breakfast and dinner food were great - lots of salads, veggies, fruits, fish, chicken, beef, great deserts. Rooms are renovated, beds are comfy. There were no bus groups but lots of locals and other tourist with families. In the evening we set by the fireplace in the main hall that made atmosphere super cozy and warm. I think this hotel is one of the best options in this town when you take price and quality.

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool but cannot comment about the spa as we didn’t use it. The room was really tired and needs a refit, the bathroom was a bit grim with peeling sealant and a felt neglected. Beds fine and air con good. The buffet evening meal was fine and so was breakfast. Very busy with lots of coach parties but a little past it’s best and needs a refit.

Came here in September with a tour group. A very nice hotel. Pity there was not enough time to use the facilities as we arrived late and left after breakfast. The buffet spread was ok. Managed to explore a bit of the surrounding area after breakfast.

Stayed 1 night with group The room a little bit Old and the hallway smells smoke all night The shower room water drain was stuck, I checked the drain it seems rarely cleaned up. I found out and Pick up many hair was there . Luckily I know how to manage myself to sleep and move along the next day. The location is best and the restaurant buffet OK

One of the best hotel and spa experiences. It has thermal bath inside along with a fabulous swimming pool. The room was comfortable and the hotel design in a cottage type setting with internal courtyards around central swimming pool is good. The restaurant adjacent to the pool allowed us to take our buffet dinner outdoors. The live music of popular timeless classic songs from different cultures in this setting made our dinner special with our fellow tourists.

Being a season traveller, and after traveling in Türkiye for a few days, I learn to accept the standard of local 5 stars hotel. We cannot expect it to be of international standard. For the hotel room, it provides basic amenities, at least with a hair dryer, only 2 sachets of tea, no coffee. The bed is ok, not too hard, not too soft. Agree with some of the reviewers that the room needs some refurbishment. Good to see the aircon system is pretty new. WIFI inside the rom is pretty weak. Considering it has a pool and thermal spa, and the condition of the room, I will give the hotel room and facilities an overall 3-stars. The breakfast provides food spread of greens, and lots of pastry, with some cereal and surprisingly porridge. The quality of food is just so-so, based on Asian taste. Overall for breakfast is 3 stars The buffet dinner has decently good spread of food, with lots of vegetables and appetisers, lots of desserts, 4-5 selections of fruits, and only a few mains (one each of chicken, beef and fish). However, the food quality is just average but the fruits are sweet though. Didn’t get to try the good spread of desserts. cos we had late dinner and I avoid sweets at late night. Overall for dinner, I will give it a 3.5 stars based on quality and quantity.

Very close to the Pamukkale antique town and an excellent hotel with really educated and respectful staff. Rooms are comfortable and the pools are clean. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay worth the money.
