Do not come to this place. Everything about this hotel is awful. The socket in the room was sticking out, which is very dangerous and a health hazard. The constant humming sound of the fridge made it impossible for us to sleep. The staff know nothing about hospitality. Absolute amateurs. We were told breakfast would start at 7, but it started at 7:30. The food quality was minimum. There were flies around our food. It’s absolutely shameful. Abominable. There was a fly in the room. No tea service. We asked for sheets for the bed. After telling us that there are blankets and there is no need for sheets, which is crazy in itself, they brought us wet sheets. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It is a three-star hotel, but is not worthy even of one star. Do not come to this place. It’s overly expensive and words cannot describe how awful this place is.

I stayed one night in the hotel , the room decorated very very nice but it’s look like a artificial space, the window was so small without transferring the air. The room size also was unusual small width and long length

It’s ok a hotel the best in qazvin, the hotel is clean the staff need more training, but I guess because qazvin is not usually a tourist hot spot which is a shame cause it’s a gem the staff don’t have much interaction with foreigners only business men as qazvin is a industrial town with many factories. The good part is if you ever stay here it’s right in the centre of the city and very near the markets and tourist attractions.

We stayed for one night and it was worse day of my life! There is no A/C! and he reception said the Gazvin has cold night's in summer! And there is not any balcony and window to fresh air. I just say don't look the face of the hotel! It has lots of problems inside it!

May be the best choice in this area. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Quality for cost is acceptable for Iran! There isn't any hair dryer or kettle in the room. Staff are below average for a 4 star hotel.

It is the worst hotel I ever saw. Air conditioner is not working and they are extremely rude if you face any problem there. At 2 am at the morning they were resisting to give my passport back. The breakfast is all the days same with law quality. The rooms are dirty and old. So so so terrible.

Disappointing, I stayed a night there last year with many problems in ventilation hospitality and room services. The reception officer was a real fighter with immoral literature. Poor hospitality and condition adversely affected our journey to the beautiful Alamout district. I recommend against.

Great hotel imo, but the staff doesn't speak English very well. The ambience is nice, I quite liked the restaurant and breakfast. The hotel is located just outside of the city center and everything is in walking distance.

It was awful . Inside the room was very hot. SPPLE was broken and we opened the window. The sound of the car was annoyed. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
