Hotel is not up-to international standards there was no air conditioning the room was extremely hot but the staff refused to turn on the cooling. The staff did not help I got sick due to heat but the staff and manager refused to help and were rude. Bad experience other guests were also unhappy with the service and standard of the hotel

Qom International Hotel has become one of the worst hotels in just a few years. Normally I don't care about such stuff during ziarat trip but this is to help zaireen. You can get much better hotels in this price near Haram. Room is below average and no one is coming to service the room either even after 5 personal visits to the reception. This is totally unacceptable. I will try to complain to local territory management as well. Breakfast timings are 8-10 am, just 2 hours and even then the breakfast is not setup properly at 8 am and they take their time to setup which is not convenient to most guests here.

The outside and interior looks can be deceiving. The rooms are well below standard, not even a 3 star. Bathrooms are substandard with leaks and floods even after we moved. The Hotel staff are shockingly rude and not helpful although not all of them are like this. Check out was permitted until 2pm and my aunty (elderly) stayed over until 3pm as she was waiting for the baggage man to come who hadn’t come. She is elderly and instead of being welcoming the Cashier man told us he stayed over his shift just so he can have this argument with us and wanted extra money for half day room in return for our passports. Ridiculous!! His tone was shocking and he asked us to “call the police or do whatever you want”. This is not how to talk to your guests let alone treat them for an extra stay of 1 hour. This isn’t a 4 star hotel. Rooms are 2 star maximum. Holding us ransom for an overstay of one hour - Appalling behaviour! I couldn’t care less about the money but how on earth can he get away with talking to me and my wife like the way he did.

Very terrible old hotel! With small rooms and tiny disgusting toilets! The facilities of the room is aged , smells bad, rotten and dirty, AC’s not working and they don’t provide any room cleaning or any other services, and they sell even the water! The doors are old and can be hardly closed and it’s a very noisy place that makes you feel like sleeping at the road!! This hotel doesn’t have Wifi and the breakfast is horrible! The only good thing about this hotel is the distance from the shrine! The management of this hotel needs to stop being greedy and look into serious improvements ! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Decent hotel. Good food but slow service. Rooms clean and fairly spacious. Very near to the shrine, literally a 5 minute walk. Next to a lovely traditional shopping complex and the underground parking for the shrine is on the doorstep. Good location for ziyarat, but the unloading of cars and buses is not next to the hotel, you need to walk a short way.

The only positive side of this hotel is its location, which is very close to the Holy shrine of Bibi Fatima Masooma. Other than that, it was a dirty, unorganised, poorly maintained hotel.

I don't know why the reception staff here (manager, etc) were so rude. I wonder if they talk and behave so arrogantly with visitors of all nationalities? Stayed for five nights here. Despite telling them EVERYDAY we need room cleaning, nobody turns up and the shabby excuses they provided everyday were different i.e "you weren't inside the room, you hadn't placed the 'clean my room sign on the door'", etc. Like, why not just TELL US what we need to do to have the room cleaned in the first place! Other services weren't prompt either. Waited for three days to just have our AC fixed 🙄 The rooms and lobby although great, and better than other hotels in Qom, it is definitely not a 4-star as claimed and they have much to learn about how to genuinely be hospitable to their visitors. For a country known for their tahruf and welcoming of guests, their hotel staff were a disappointment. Hope their genuinely realise where they are lacking and improve.

23.10.2019- Currently in room 234. No heating system in intense cooled weather (they provided electric heater and its also not working M.A), no telephone exchage in room you have to go downstairs in looby to ask for anything. This is no way a 4 star hotel rather it is 1 star or lesser star hotel though.

A very good stay at this hotel. Two of the reception staff spoke good english (one lady and one man) and they were really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the catering staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were a bit worn out but more than adequate and they even changed a room due to a faulty toilet. The shrine / mosque of Hazarth Masooma was a short walking distance. I would happily stay here again.

Rubbish hotel! Rooms are cramped and very stuffy! In the spring when the weather gets warmer they don't let you switch on the coolers... how daft is that! Waste of money.... you're better off staying at Kareemah or Hotel Sadiqiye. Not impressed at all!

It is very near to Haram, but the standard is for 3 stars. Can improve the rooms and food. Need lots of upgrades.

Worst hotel ever - Dirty beds, rugs, sheets and forget about the shower and sink it was rather disgusting. Felt dirty after taking a shower. Try and avoid this hotel at any cost.

Positives - Near haram - Van dropped us outside hotel so they helped with luggage - Sim card and vpn facility - currency exchange (though not best rate) Negatives - Rooms unclean and not cleaned even when asked - Ants in room - No hot water for bath - no ventilation in toilets - Substandard breakfast - our tour agent and hotel didn't clarify the check out time, when we realised we were late they said its fine check out at 5pm then when we checked out they demanded payment when we said there was miscommunication and wanted to speak to manager his first response was an angry where are you from and he continued to shout out at us. Our tour agent paid the excess but we won't be staying there again

I stayed at this hotel for a couple days in December, 2018 for a Ziyarat trip. I was sharing a room with a buddy, two single beds, rooms were very clean with everything you'd need. Best part about this hotel is that it's very convenient, right in the middle of both Bibi Masooma's Shrine and Imam al-Hasan al-'Askari Mosque, 5 minute walks from both, as well as all the bazaars and many shawarma and kebab shops. Staff is very helpful and polite, some do understand and speak English. Breakfast had a great variety and the restaurant is worth every penny. Hotel itself is very simple and elegant, getting to the rooms might be a little confusing. There's a very carpet gallery and a traditional tea house inside as well that I have not tried. Only issue I faced was the overheated rooms and unusable thermostat. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again and suggest to all my peers who are visiting Qom for Ziyarat.

😠 The reception is very difficult, and there is no credibility, especially the prices in the hotel list in the rooms are unreal and fake. Visitors are robbed because their prices are very expensive, I do not trust anyone to approach the refrigerator.
