View on Mullafossur and Gasadalur village
Scenic spot
👍👍 Free, about 15 minute drive from the airport, has a beautiful waterfall, a cafe that closes at 4pm, and is a nice, quaint place to check out.
There's a good trail that goes from the falls to behind the village and into the village. Worth checking out if you have the time.

👍👍 Beautiful location down by the sea. There is a hefty staircase to go down / up to get to the seal woman. I really liked the view of the surrounding cliffs!

👍👍 Some locals dove off a little beyond this point which was fun to watch.
Walk along the cliff on the other side, at the minimum go a short distance to get a picture of the entire village with the gorge. You can also hike up to the sheep shed and see the bird cliff, about 45-60 min return, along the...

Trælanípa
Tourist attraction
👍 Incredible place, we’ll worth the hike! Standing on the edge of the cliffs is breathtaking. You are permitted to fly your drone here - make sure it’s not too windy the day you go!
Also there are many sheep along the way.
Only 1 star off for the steep price for the hike though.

Hvannhagi
Natural beauty spot
👍 Really nice hike. You first walk on a pathed road till you reach the start of the hike. First there's a sign and then there's a gate. The hike is well signalized until you get to where you have to go down towards the lake. No more signs there, but you're still on the right track. The path is super n...

👍👍 Absolutely stunning!! Not to be missed in the Faroese.
The trail is super easy and short, and the views so rewarding.

😠 Access is not free anymore in this part of the Faroe Islands. At least for the tourists. 2 weeks ago they decided to regulate the number of humans allowed to see this beautiful place : The landlords now require 450 DKK to walk on the path. A guy is waiting in his car all day in front of the sign to...
