معطلی بسیار زیاد
کباب فوق العاده بی کیفیت. چون مسافر بودیم ترسیدیم مسموم بشم و غذا رو نخوردیم.
دوغ نداشت رستوران درخواست دلستر کردیم دلستر هم نداشت. واقعا خنده دار
با توجه به بد بودن هتل هم خاطره بسیار بدی از بم تو ذهنمون موند. محاله دیگه بم برم

😐 Definitely not a 4 stars hotel. Maximum 2, because it is so wearn-off. Everything needs renovation - ceilings, walls, lamps, floor, everything...
Also reception doesn't speak English. And they do not have Wi-Fi! It is year 2019 and 4 stars hotel doesn't provide a Wi-Fi!
