😠 Awful, awful experience. The boat is old, run down, smells like fumes, the single toilet is barely functional and stinks. The music is 10 decibels too loud. The drinks are pre-made, watered down, even the beer is watered down -- disgusting. The tour guide talked NON-STOP for the first 45 minutes...

😠 50$ for 2 drinks. Plus tip. Then the drinks look nothing like the 5 big posters around. The pictures are what I got vs what they are supposed to be like.

😠 I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for Hyatt to block access to the beach. You are not allowed to have private beaches in puerto Vallarta
