👍👍 What a great park! Close to Midtown/Downtown and apparently not very well known as it’s always empty. There are a few Hobos, so if you’re hiking along the river keep an eye out for tarps & tents. Great for dogs.

👍👍 The lake was frozen and the trees bare with no leaves but today was 47 degrees and there were children playing at the playground and people walking their dogs...beautiful big park. Clean and inviting. Always worth going there no matter what season.

👍 This park is beautiful during the perfect time of the year each season. The only thing is that there are a lot of geese and duck droppings throughout the walk that you practically have to do a lot of avoiding unless you don’t mind getting yourself accidentally slipping into them.
