It's ok we should have better hotel

I stayed there in January 2022 stay was good and I tried to contact them so many times they did not reply to me for my next visit which I m doing now they are not professional as others hotels in the area

Very bad experience with restaurant/hotel manager, constantly rude and unprofessional. Appears very arrogant and odd. Close to haram but food and experience more like a cheap guest house. Very poor food choices, like cheap left over remains from their restaurant service. Both drinks cabinets locked so no beverages. 1 toaster with 2 bread capacity for whole hotel of 100 plus guests. Odd set up. Coffee shop nice but additional money to pay. Receptionists professional but let down by manager. No cleaner during whole duration of stay, just straddles corridor but does not clean rooms or empty bins. Not enough bed linen, when asked for more answer is they have none. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, worst manager I have ever come across.
