👍👍 We had an excellent meal here this evening. The service from the chefs son was excellent. He was handling every single table by himself and did so with a smile and helped guide everyone through the menu. The food was excellent, as was the wine. Don't sleep on this unassuming little spot.

👍👍 A staple of Florence, this shop has been around for 20 years. The owner is very friendly and always around. We ordered the veggie platter and fried artichoke and it was all very fresh and delicious. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Highly recommend.

👍👍 We had an excellent dinner at the Osteria II Basilico. Nicely decorated, excellent food, and friendly staff. Far enough from the main tourist areas that you don’t get overcharged and you get good service. The steak is excellent along with the lasagna.

👍 Stop in for an early dinner which is not common in Florence, but we had a night of celebration planned. The food was out of this world and the setting was just great over looking a part of the city. The service was a bit slow, but again your in Italy so just enjoy the food and views.
