👍👍 Today we went to all the temple's in Chiang Mai. In one word just beautiful but you've to see them for your self. The best one was for sure Wat Chedi Luang. Only at this you've to pay 40 bath entry fee when most of them are free. Still worth it though. In some of temple's women are not allowed to go...

👍 This place is very old, built around 1297,it has an air of peace and tranquilty about it, good place to bring a book to read at the shaded tables in the grounds. Buddhist philosophy is presented on plaques tied to trees. It is actually a meditation training center also.

Wat Saen Mueang Ma Luang (Wat Hua Khuang)

👍👍 This is one of my favorite wat. Biggest reasons: not touristy, quiet, off the main road so it's hidden 😉, huge, free, and beautiful. I've noticed many established "popular" wats charge entrance fees and are bustle with tourists buses rendering the wats into businesses rather cultural relics or se...

👍👍 Best massage I have had yet in Thailand! My masseuse was very precise and firm and was clearly very experienced. This massage is geared towards locals, don't expect a spa type experience but a more traditional Thai experience. My wife also had an excellent massage. 120 baht is a bargain.
