๐๐ I lived here for about 2 1/2yrs... Good neighbors, Grounds maintained well, Quiet... The only bad thing is it's Geothermal great & no Air-Conditioner which isn't so pleasant in summer when the heat is still actively on(non-stop) & it was miserable!!!
