😠 AC not working properly, water in toilet like drip irrigation which smells like canal water, no hot water. flush and faucet not working, bad smell in rooms, Worst room services ever in my life. Arrogant behaviour from the staff.

😐 Good hotel. Great location. Rooms are nice but bathrooms need work. Lots of differed maintenance that needs to be caught up on. Oh and it was a mosquito fest at night. There seems to be nothing done to deal with it and the staff were ambiguous to that fact the next morning.
