😠 Bromley Council appear to be poor at operating this contract. No penalties for poor performance. Contract needs terminating and retendering. Don't always award to cheapest tender unless the council staff can manage them which they clearly cannot at present

👍👍 I work for the company which is now called Clarion Housing Association. They are one of the better Housing Associations and do help their tenants. Any delays are usually caused by third party contractors. Staff are friendly and approachable. Good company to work for.
