Worst rated Telephone companies in United Kingdom

😠 Been there twice. 2/3 staff members I interacted with were rude and unhelpful. Clearly they dont want to be there and will try to wave away your problem because they're unbothered. Notwithstanding the amount of time i had to wait only to be told to call online customer service to resolve my issue....

😠 Awful company, terrible staff in store. one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Getting a brand new shiny phone is supposed to be a pleasure, not if it involves this company. Seriously AVOID at all costs.

👍 Sim replacement was completed quickly after security checks. I wouldn’t say it was ‘A’ star service, but it was all completed efficiently.
