😠 Bromley Council appear to be poor at operating this contract. No penalties for poor performance. Contract needs terminating and retendering. Don't always award to cheapest tender unless the council staff can manage them which they clearly cannot at present

😠 Recommending a cup of tea and a bubble bath is not therapy. If anything this service has made me more frustrated as I built up the courage to seek help and the therapy sessions consisted of telling me to get some exercise when most days I can barley bring myself to get out of bed.
