😠 Poor customer service, I sent important documents at 9am on Monday morning recorded delivery. I've checked online yesterday and today and it's still showing as being in the post office. He was rushing me when before I posted it despite being quiet

🫤 No paper deliveries on two occasions, yet again, this week. Can never get a response when trying to phone as nobody EVER answers the phone.... And I must have tried to phone on at least 12 occasions! The charges for days when there was no delivery are never taken off until I get my mobility scooter...
