😠 Unkempt, unloved and inexplicably, fantastically expensive. East Ayton itself is just a very busy main road with some houses, shops and a pub beside it. Give this one a miss.

👍 We stayed for two nights and paid £20 per night to include electricity. It was very quiet and lovely views from the promenade and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its a pleasant walk into the town and would recommend for a short cheap stay.
