😠 Same as the review before mine. Driver turned up with drinks and McFlurries but no food. Unsure what’s going on but i reckon our first driver nicked the food cos we just ordered again and it’s all turned up this time.

😠 I’m not being funny but this place may as well be a youth group, nearly every time I’ve been I’ve had to park up and wait for my food only to see half of the staff outside, not sure why most of them are on their brake at the same time but it’s shocking behaviour. Gave me my burger without the bottom...

😠 State's on sign open 24hrs. Then why are your doors looked and drive though closed 🤔

😠 Horrific . 15 mins to get from drive thru order point to payment window. Another 10 mins to collection window . Then 4 out of 5 meals wrong . Chips cold . No sauce or dips that we asked for with order when we got home. Horrible experience from start to finish

😠 The worst McDonalds in London, surely? 😠 Said delivery time was 25 minutes, took almost two hours. When it showed up it was cold and half the order was wrong. Most frustratingly the phone line is always engaged so you can't get through to anyone, I assume they just leave it off the hook so nobody can complain.
